Interesting, I've seen a few games now that are using females as community managers, probably due to the likelihood of them not receiving nearly as much abuse and maybe lulling the male populace into being more forum abiding eve citizens.

I think your opinion about Eve players may need a bit tweaking. I read somewhere that a lot of the players have very successful jobs etc. I doubt most players are living off social services, sitting around smelling bad and playing Eve.
Just because this is a mmorpg doesnt mean that everybody who plays it fit into the stereotype image of a mmorpg player. Probably almost noone does.
Personally I have a job I really like, excellent salary and fantastic coworkers. Eve is just a game to me, I play it mostly on the weekends for a couple of hours. It doesnt consume my life.
