Of the 10,005 foreign workers employed by the Guest Worker Program, 175 have gone missing in the chaos following the attack on Caldari Prime. 62 of those workers are Minmatar, primarily working in the security industry, and 113 are Caldari, given jobs on their home planet due to personal request. While four Minmatar and two Caldari citizens have been confirmed dead by sources on the ground, the difficulty in communicating with those on Caldari Prime has made it impossible to determine the status of the other 169 workers. The Caldari Navy has been unresponsive to our requests for information.
If anyone is able to obtain information about these missing workers, both Strix and, most of all, the families of the workers would be incredibly appreciative. For now, we mourn the loss of those six fine workers and hope that the remaining 169 are safe.

I would like to help you locate your missing employees. However a request from Lai Dai Infinity Systems, a small company, concerning 175 individuals working for a small private Federation corporation is unlikely to get more than a standard form letter along the lines of:
Quote: The liberation of Caldari Prime was rather chaotic and many individuals have gone missing from both sides. It is possible the Federal employees retreated with Federal Garrison forces. Caldari liberation forces are currently working to secure the surrender of these pockets of resistance as reported by the Scope. Should the records of anyone captured match those presented their status will be transmitted to their employer.
A Caldari Providence Directorate investigation team will research your request for information.
The last part would be an investigation into the operations of Lai Dai Infinity Systems. It might result in a case in the CBT concerning the rights of corporations, however I doubt it will prove favorable for my corporation. It would paint us as Federation sympathizers, despite the fact we would be defending our rights as a corporation to operate how we want without the oversight of anyone outside of our shareholders.
I would suggest seeing if Quafe, which from my understanding has full corporate rights within the State, can inquire as to the status of your personnel.

I think this pretty accurately sums up the state of the State right now. I'm constantly worried that I'm going to land Duty. in undeserved trouble because of my inability not to criticize the Providence Directorate.
I can only offer my condolences on the deaths of your employees, and my best wishes for your future success in tracking down the remainder. -

Interestingly enough, three of my current crew claim they worked for you at one point:
Iseaas Uller Tseng Jerui Cele Tarkis
A fourth with employment records pertaining to you was killed when my battleship, Switchblade Angel was destroyed in a battle with Miners In Possession. Actual cause of death was listed as vacuum exposure/explosive decompression.
The war was prosecuted to a successful conclusion, and his three coworkers survived to be employed on one of my newer ships, the Regretful Damnation. --------

If I find any of your missing people, I will notify you and return them safely, if that is what they wish for.

Thank you Bloodbird and Vikarion. Of the three you listed, one of those individuals, Iseaas Uller, went missing on Caldari Prime. Their family has been contacted, and I can't describe their happiness. I can only hope that the poor soul who died on your ship was not one of our missing employees. The other two you mentioned left our program before the war broke out.
As for Captains Nederland and Tarn-Hakatain, I'm sure the weeping mothers of the missing Caldari workers will understand that their fellow Caldari simply can't help find their missing sons and daughters without inviting suspicion, and thus won't help at all. I'll make sure to mention that you give your condolences, however.

You are corrct; we can't help, as in are unable. Neither of our organizations are on Caldari Prime or even near Luminaire. We can not travel to Caldari Prime without being shot at by Federal Navy vessels. The best we could possibly do is a request for information from the State Navy and/or CPD. I have already told you what the likely response will be.

Now that I am a neutral entity as far as this war is concerned, I may risk a visit to Caldari Prime to check on your comrades.
