Well if CCP ever get stuck for an upgrade, they could stick us with some Elves cruising in from deep space causing mayhem.
If you were CCP doing the Elf Menace Expansion, what kind of elves would you introduce?

All right, let's leave Quenya for a while. After all, Intaki have been mentioned to have taken 'Elvish' influences, but they aren't actually Elves. (Or then they're just very sneaky at being Elves.)

I would introduce a Legolas elf, a lego elf, a Zelda elf, an Eldar elf. I would make their territory an empire, and make Santa Claus the emperor.
I would class them as terrorists by the other empires.
Ship suggestions;
Mothership : She Ra's floating pink sky Palace.
Carrier : A Large Lemon Merengue
Dreadnaught : A giant floating fir tree, with small wooden huts in its branches filled with little archers, main weapon in a star mounted on the top of tree which fires rainbows.
Battleship : Laced brown boot with windows. (new dominix skin?)
Battlecruiser : A winged unicorn which fires pixie dust.
Cruiser : Chocolate cookies.
frigate : Candy Canes.

Hmm... not sure about the elvish intaki thing, but I guess they're as close as you come, though I never noticed my character looking elvish.
