if the thief knew the RL details of the CEO then its not CCPs fault he got access to CEOs account.. it your CEOs fault for giving him RL details

and to get passwords for a account from GMs needs alot of personal info that even friends should know (credit card data)

no.. its your CEOs fault... he gave thief RL data he could use to get access to the data.
CCP is not to blame here... they can not see if the person requesting PWs is the real one or a guy whit just the info.

CCP can not do anything in this case... as the theif who requested the password gave them enough info to get it.
how the **** is CCP supposed to know if the person requestion the PW is the right one or not.... oh that right.. by providing PERSONAL information
it was a Personal information theft... and if YOUR police doesnt do anything... well sucks to live in a shitty country. where i live it doesnt matter for what reason the info was stole.... it was stolen and you can get jail time for that
