Eve-Central market says you can't even FIND a set of these on the market, and a contract search only found two scam buy orders. Great set for freighter pilots who want to be able to align significantly faster.

Define better.
High-end skills + faction/officer gear + heat + rigs can already create some absurdly fast ships. After 20km/s, what's the point? A turret ship can't have a stable orbit at that speed and still be within their optimal range most of the time. Instead of snakes, throw in Nomads and your interceptor/vagabond can pull a far tighter orbit than before while the other things I mentioned keep your speed up.
Or perhaps you're a freighter pilot tired of taking forever to align. Faster warps means faster runs means more isk. Snakes wont add a bit.
Maybe those few seconds of faster alignment means the difference between escape and a deadly tackle for your big expensive ship.
The Crystal implants don't affect capital shieldboosters AFAIK. Slave implants have a use for armor tanking capitals, but more EHP in a really large capital brawl really just makes you survive slightly longer when primaried. Snakes are useless for a capital pilot for obvious reasons. (hmm I wonder how fast you could get a Revelation with snakes, speed mods, a MWD, rigs, etc...) Halo implants on a capital would be laughable. Talisman boosts energy emission systems, implant slots are better used elsewhere unless you're a recon ship maybe.
It's a niche set. Obviously you are not in this niche! They are also rare because the LP cost is ~700k, as much as the high grade sets and the agents that offer Nomads suck hard.
