Im trying to pay for eve using my amex, and i know im putting in the correct information, but it keeps giving me a "Not Authorized" error...
The only thing that I can think of that might be causing this is the ip-masking crap, but I know im not using any, so whats the deal?
I really dont want to have to keep using ETC since I can pay 38$ for 3 months with my credit card instead of 35 for 2 months...
Help please

It means you missed a monthly repayment and your credit card issuer hates you for it.
I got that error once when i didn't make a payment on time. Nice lady at the bank sorted it for meh.

some have overseas charge blocks on them...
It's why I wind up using paypal and GTCs

Use one of those pre-pay Visa debit cards you load with cash yourself at the corner store. Works for every online place I've ever tried using it at. Probably due to not having any of the anal restrictions that normal bank or credit cards have.

Chances are that your banks automated authorisation system (read : fraud prevention) picked up on part of the transaction that it considers abnormal, and the transaction was not authorised.
Contact your bank.

CCP consider there to be a difference between scamming someone out of ingame items, and out of real life items.
