I can fly pretty much every Gallente frigate except dictors (tomorrow) and working on recon cruisers. In terms of your support structure, I'm pretty much self-sufficient in terms of ISK via mining/exploration. (I also like to do it, it's a relaxing change of pace) Do you afford people time to do their thing to keep their wallets fat and hangars full or do you need pilots to be in full-on combat mode at all times? Aside from the "all hands on deck" scenario, how do you handle your industrial/support requirements?

So yeah, there will be plenty of opportunity to do your own thing and make money, as long as people are available for combat operations when required. My biggest drawback is my lack of PVP experience- I've always been a covops/scout type, and while I've watched many a fight, I have a lot to learn about being in one. Hopefully you can take a PVP newbie and help him ramp up.

I have decent Ewar, could use some more rounding out, and excellent probing skills. I have the skills but not the experience in PVP, but I'm willing to learn. I'll be coming by at some point.
