Well some of you may remember I posted a thread a few months ago similar to this one, we had tons of offers some good and some terrible. We didn't take them because I decided to make the mistake of playing AOC instead 
So starting over here is what you get:
2x 60mil sp players (Me & Cerberix)
1x 45mil sp players (BLADEUK)
1x 20mil sp player (CYBELEE)
We can all fly HACS and have bs 5, tech II turrets and all the other gizmos you need to be pretend to be Rambo. We are UK timezone and a close group that have played together for 4 yrs. Most of us have been in with and against the best players and eve and apart from being a bit rusty would consider ourselves very capable guys. There are 3-4 more (same sort of sp and skills) that are currently doing their own thing that may join if we find the right place.
I should mention that Cybelee is a Web Developer in RL and handy for website/forums etc
What we are looking for:
We want a small to medium active euro corp (10-30 active) that has a decent, dedicated & ACTIVE leadership. Your corp must like having a laugh and not be afraid to get stuck into a good fight.
We don't mind merc/piracy or just old fashioned pew pew but if your part of NC please don't bother posting.
We dont want to join a corp that is run by players from yrs 06/07 or 08
Please post below if your interested in us but DO NOT convo me! Last time I couldn't undock for 3 days because of the spam

Just for the record I didn't say I wanted to fight them specifically I just dont want to fight for them

AnTi. is a lowsec and 0.0 pvp/piracy corp. We will currently be taking a 0.0 pvp and ratting vacation into stain for a few weeks. We have just opened up EU timezone recruitment, and have a majority of US members, but have about 6 aussies. We are a 100% pvp corp, and we do pvp/whatever you do to earn isk, nothing else, so if you are looking for pvp, this is the type of corp for you. We have been residing in Khanid and Kor-azor for a little over six months and have essentially evicted an alliance 6x our size from the local area along with being the cause for another alliance to leave the area through attrition.
*What does AnTi. offer for you?
*Cheap ship program: This is for almost all t2 ships and also for battleships and battlecruisers, alliance working on a capship plan also.
*Great, competent FC's, great alliance, now with an industrial backbone
*No 0.0 politics, no owning 0.0 space ever, just 100% pewpew action in 0.0 and lowsec. No Pos warefare for space, we do ransom poses occasionally, so... we don't do it for nothing and do it only rarely (we hate it as much as the next guy)
*A fun and semi-mature atomosphere. All pilots are over 18, we still like to joke around and have fun.
*An alliance that has a 85% effiency since moving to this area.
*Ratting access in 0.0 if you get low on cash.
*So what does AnTi. require from those that would like to join?
1) Bright, smart, and mature pilots.
2) No smacktalk. This will not be tolerated of anyone in our corp. You get one warning and then you are kicked from the corp on the second offense
3) 10 mil SP - must be able to fit a BS and a smaller either cloaky or nano ship, both preferred.
4) PvP experience - we are looking for pilots who know how to basic fit ships and the mechanics of pvp.
5) Self-Sufficency, we have ratting space we have access to, but when you join the corp, you need to be able to fit out and able to fly several ships
6) The ability to fit remote reppers
7) A willingness to learn and teach - we all have our strengths and weaknesses, you should be open to constructive criticism and not be afraid to give it
8) The want to pvp nonstop and wtfpwn carebears and smacktalkers.

Well, we have some 06/07 characters in leadership but also quite a few older. We have a mix of ages and skill levels in the corp but you won't be the only old-timers. We are red to the NC despite living in the north, which makes life entertaining sometimes.

Shadows a PVP corp, live in 0.0, been running a long time, 5 years. Think i started mid 05 but the corps run by a group who are made up of 03 and upwards players including me so hopfuly that covers your concern over experainced management.
Corps got all the usual jazz of forum/website etc, we use TS and vent for voice coms. We're euro/us corp, nice balance.
We're stable, active and comradship is the best bit for us, having a laugh, getting blown up and blowing others up, telling old war storys over the camp fire

small gang roaming pew is what we do. We are a small pure pvp corp flying with the goodfellas alliance. There are constantly roaming gangs everyday, no blobs or pos crap. Just pewing internet spaceships. Here are our killboards:

I've flown with these guys since early 2004 (Cybelee/BladeUK)and 2005 (Kaleeb/Cerberix) and can vouch that you won't find a better group of pilots anywhere else in the expanses of the Eve Universe.
Between the four of them I can't think of any aspect of the Eve world they haven't tried and the knowledge shared between all of them appears to be neverending.
Overall, a top bunch of lads that would be a valuable asset to their new home.

We sound like we'd pretty much fit everything you've just stated in your post. We are a small scale PVP outfit, all very experienced players, all like to have fun and all very capable. And yes i'm an 06 CEO, but if your going to question my leadership based on that then you've obvoiously never flown with me.
