Greetings,
I am seeking an established, experienced PVP based corp to call home.
About me:
Ive been playing EVE since mid 2005 (with a couple short breaks)and have pvp experience in High, low and null sec. I prefer small to mid sized roams with a large fight (with or without caps) here and there for variety. I even enjoy the occasional pos bust/defense as long as it isn't an every day occurrence. I'm not a big fan of extended gate camping and despise docking games. I'm also not into pirating, not because I have moral issues with it, its just not something I enjoy.
My main is 50m SP, can fly (and t2 fit) appropriate ships for most normal combat operations including remote rep BS, HACs, Recons, etc.
My Cap alt is very well skilled with (and owns) Amarr Capitals.
I also have an Industrial alt that I may or may not wish to bring with me, depending on the situation.
A few of the things I am looking for:
Fairly strict recruiting standards - This doesn't (necessarily) rule out corps that don't require high SP totals. Recruiters for the corp I am looking for will know there is more to being selective than just not accepting new players. I am spending a considerable amount of time searching for the right corp, therefore its a fairly safe bet that one which will accept most anyone isn't it.
Active US central TZ player base - My normal on-line time usually falls in the 2300-0400 GMT range.
Voice comms - I prefer Vent, TS is acceptable, EVE-Voice is not
Forums - They don't have to be flashy, but they do have to be active and useful.
No-smack policy - Verbally harassing someone because he wont fight 10-1 odds (for example) is childish, pointless, and not something I wish to be associated with.

DNA, your onestop place for hit-n-run pvp in 0.0, we are mostly active in the US TZ with some members in the EU, we have voice comms, forums, TF2 server, exotic dancers etc. speak to me, morphix, nilkarus, one percent, tania or candy if you want to join either they are a recruitment guy or they can direct you to one who is.

Hi mate , you sound like the type of pilot were looking for. and yes our corp meets your requirements .
a little about us.
We are a mix of EU/US/AU tz [alliance is mostly eu] we are based in branch and have outposts and poses and the like.
We are a pvp corp , if you need ratting or indy time its not a problem unless theres an op on or similar.
We do a little gate camping, roaming, fleet sniping and other more covert stuff. Ohh and you will get to use your cap ships occasionally.
We are selective and do require a voice convo before making a deision. We have vent/ts forums ect.
Also we have quite a few older players with similar and complementing skills as yours.
So if your free right after dt please convo me and see if were what your looking for. I will also be online everyday in au tz.

As you say choosing a new corp is something to take your time with and get right. We have everything you are looking for and it sounds like your attitude to pos bashing is similar to ours (do it when needed but not otherwise!). We are heaviest in EU timezones but you will be far from alone in the US timezone.

Isn't changing corps a pain? You get people responding who don't even read what you posted. I don't blame you for taking your time.
I represent Intrepid Crossing Alliance, one of the largest alliances in Eve. We are focused on PvP, and are based in the Etherium Reach region of 0.0 space. Let me specifically adress what you are looking for:
Recruiting standards - Progenitor is the recruiting and training arm of the alliance. We do not have a minimum SP level to enter Progenitor, but we do have a list of skills that pilots must possess before we will send them to 0.0. In addition, they are expected to participate in fleet training ops before going to Etherium Reach. In addition, the period of time in which pilots are in Progenitor gives us the opportunity to see if they are the type of person we are searching for, as well as giving them the opportunity to make sure they are happy with us as a corp before moving all their assets to 0.0. So, in reality, our screening process lasts anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months, depending on the pilot.
Active playerbase - Because we are such a large alliance, we have players in timezones around the world, including a large US contingent. There will always be people online during your listed "primetime."
Voice comms - We use Ventrilo, and everyone is expected to be on it. We do have a few players without microphones, but they are still expected to be on so they can here questions and instructions, even if they have to type their responses.
Forums - We have our own forums, and they are active. They are a great place to get advice, run a ship fitting past people who have flown them, or just to socialize about your favorite movies or authors.
Smack-talk - Alliance policy strictly forbids smack-talk, both in local and on the EVE-O forums. We believe that actions speak louder than words.

I have been sick for the past few days and havnt been able to do much in game, but Im back now and will be interveiwing with corps today. Thanks to those that have replied so far, and I am of course still looking, so more replys are most welcome :)

SPECTRE Ops are a merc/0.0 PvP corp, we have been around since 2005 and have very experienced pilots. We're based in Venal so POS's aren't a big thing for us and sticking with friends is encouraged so they gain automatic entry. We're mainly UK/Euro based but do have some US players aswell. If your looking for action and npcs to make isk from contact either myself of Cpt Brannigan in game.

I think you might like what you find with us. Simply, we are a Merc corp that is in a contract status more often than not... (war status for over 10 weeks now) We don't mind taking down POSs but it's not really worth the effort unless it has a purpose. We are primarily a Eastern US player base but have 4 other Central and 3 Pacific members. Vent is also mandatory for fleet ops. As far as smack goes... I dislike it personally. I much prefer to talk about breakfast foods and/or favorite meals to my opponents. (You would be surprised how many people refuse to even talk about that after a fight... I mean come on... it's FOOD! Everyone eats!) Humor is a must in my corp.

Hey mate - give me a bell in-game if you are not averse to NPC 0.0 - We are an AUS/US TZ corp in Syndicate (HUZZAH Fed). TNERA been around for coming up on 18 months, Huzzah more than double that. We are relaxed and ethical with very few rules other than activity and joining in with the crew, but I am selective. EVEmail is best in-game with any questions you have or jump into TNERA-Public channel and have a chat with the boys (and girl)

SG is a 0.0 based PvP corp looking for active and mature players who work well in a team environment. We're looking for someone who has their head on straight, is willing to help the corp reach its goals while SG helps you reach yours.
We're primarily US TZ, voice-comms are mandatory for the corp while online and an extremely active set of forums with loads of information and topics about everything you can think of, from module and empire item requests to be jumped to our home in 0.0 from empire, to tactical discussions and organization of raids (especially the covert / blackops variety). Most of our PvP is small-to-mid gang fights, with the occasional ginormous fleet fight when Alliance duties call.
