Epegi Givo Amarr Ministry of War	Posted - 2008.07.25 20:15:00 - [1] I was in 0.0 moving my 0.0 clone back to highsec because I left my corp. I was 1 jump away from lowsec, at the gate, and I ran into a gatecamp. The guy there said I can pass for 5 mill (because I was in an empty shuttle) I paid him, saying "I have paid you 5 mill for safe passage into XXX system (the lowsec system) I warped to the gate(it was a chokepoint system , when I first warped to the gate, I got stopped by the bubble, and warped out, and talked with him about the ransom) started the 40km flight over to the gate, when suddenly a bunch of his friends jumped in and killed me. Now this is a warning, do not let Switch 4 ransom you, 2 of his friends are WathUrr6 and mehogepaht. If you see any of these people do not let them ransom you, because they will still destroy you. When I warped in my shuttle, started approaching the gate, when I was inside the bubble though his interceptor friend came and started warp jamming me, then his other friend fired on my shuttle, boom, and then my pod, boom. And you CAN say which corp, because you as a player represent the corp you fly for - like it or not. Last note: being a Pirate indicates you have at least some honor. You are just a simple ***.
Travivi	Posted - 2008.07.28 10:51:00 - [28] I once paid a passage ransom, that was only because I had some bpo's of T2 ships in my cargo hold, suprisingly, the gate camp was 1 jump outside of Jita, and it was by a corp that I was at war with. They let me pass, on another instance, a group of guys in low sec wanted 10 mil, for each one of their pilots, if I remember correctly their were about 15 of them. My ship was better than theirs, so I told them to **** off, and if they wanted a fight I would give one to them. After I got through the gate I saw a cyno, and they uncloaked a cap ship and blew me up. Of course I laughed as they gloated. I laughed at them again when shortly after me and my corp mates toasted every ship they had there and made an offensive amount in ransom money selling their corpses back to them. Lesson learned don't make a big thing out of it. It's something that happens all the time, if you go down, go down fighting.

Even a faction battleship with a faction/deadspace is going to drop preety damn fast with 15 ships on it.
