Read my post. T1 and T2 ABs remain the same, rest got nerfed. Expect that Galente LP store LP value will raise (best but still meh AB, Thuker one will remain more expensive, very good web)

Also just so you know a Machariel with Gist-X MWD/3x Domi OD/Shaquill/High-Grade Snakes/Zor/5% Rogues/Polys now goes a staggering 2600m/s ... goodbye bumping-hello station hugging.
I have to say that I'm really sorry for all the MOM pilots that have bought officer webs, to the people that bought snakes and 5% implants, and to the people that trained for over a year to have max skirmish warfare skills/CS 5 etc.

Going by the words of the Devblog itself, missiles will not be able to be outrun (ie: out tracked). With the broad spectrum speed nerf, they will be doing nearly full damage against almost every ship except interceptors. There are FOFs. Damage type can be selected. five hours talking about 'Speed Rebalancing' is a wasted time. the simplest soloution is often the best. (see missiles - no missile can pass far the 249km range even with max skills)
fix only the max speed for each ship class ! everybody can fit what ever he want. i think, this soloution may fix the speed problem at once.

I like som part's but "nerfing warpscams\webs and mwd's" is taking it a bitt to far! And alowing only one pulse MWD's is the most stupid. Nerfing web's wil make the speed ships after the "nerf" just as fast, but nerf cap's\supercaps more then speed ships.
The "warp scrambler disables mwd" is just wrong for so many reason's

vagabond isnt cap stable. It was pulsing to preserve cap. Now it will be 1 minute heavy inty. unless cap recharge will be buffed.

MWD nerfed ? Webs nerfed ? Does this mean that the Rapier is now just a useless pile of junk - or am I missing something.
the MWD jam and web nerf at the same time seem overkill and designed to really hammer that one ship - which to survive often needs to web and then pulse MWD to get out of range of a scram before escaping. This seems designed to ruin life for what is one of the nicer guerilla warfare type ships in game. Good way to hack off people who have trained and specialised CCP.
Or maybe I'm just wrong/whining

Ok, how to put this politely, which is not easy under these circumstances.
If you implement these changes, then small gang warfare in 0.0 is dead. You fail in achieving your objective nr 5 in the blog completely.
Nerfs are far too farreaching and make nanoing a waste of time and isk. If you implement these changes, Tier 2 BCs will be far better than HACs at a fraction of the cost. HACs will be obsolete. Noone will fly a 200-350m ship that has no insurance to speak off that is paperthin and easily destroyed by even a braindead moron flying a drake or raven.
Things to change to this Sisi version: - Keep most things, including webs and all T2 modules as they currently are on TQ. - Change the Snake bonus to a bonus to agility and/or sigradius - Reduce the speedbonus of the Gisti MWDs to about 575-600%. - Reduce the effectiveness of Polycarb rigs by 30%.
If you do that, you will get rid of the really insane speeds, but keep nanoing viable as a tactic. If you go through with this I foresee a very ****ed off group of players, many of whom will probably quit the game. Aside from blobbing the shit out of each other, and nanoing there is not much to do in terms of PvP in 0.0. You really don't want to add more to the blobs in 0.0, do you? Because it will be either that or quit the game altogether.

Missiles compared to guns are subpar and this change addresses the issue. Precision heavies may be worth something on PVP now. Nano should be a different flavor tank, not invulnerable to missiles.

Oh this is amazing my T2 drake can kill speed-fit ares before they even get in tackling range, with like two and a half volleys! The only thing that can prevent me from going into warp is a bubble!
Guerilla is alive and well. With nothing able to tackle my drake for long, I can hit-and-run all day. Unless I get in web range of a battleship somehow I guess.

CCP Nozh is just a noob dev trying to make his mark on the game with out any real understanding of what he plans to do will effect the game. So he posts a big change post and then loads it on to SISI to fine tune it and listen to what players hate the most before changing it to something that is less ludicrous (word of the day it seems) and he gets praise for doing such a good job and being such a cool dev. Mean while small gang warfare and Minmatar get an enema.
The only reason speed is really an issue is because stabs no longer appear in pvp. So instead of people warping off when they get scrammed and are loosing they fly away a bit and warp off. It's just like stabs it makes people who lack any real tactics beyond lock f1-f8 ****ed off so they get on the forums and whine in droves until CCP gives in.
