I think theyre pretty good, all of them do their job just fine especially the snetinel and the kitsune.
Their only downfall was their price being too high for a frig and more importantly, their recons outperforming them including speeds.
Now with the changes friggangs are more viable and eacs are alot more attractive.

Undoubtedly.
OT though: Keres is useless, Hyena is about to be useless, sentinel I hear is okay (not sure about post-nerf) and that other caldari one is okay, but it's a pricey mobile alternative over the BB.

The keres could use a scrambling/disruptor bonus, and every one of them could have... double the cap. Hyena was a PITA to keep the cap up..

Well also one problem is that the EAS are the only T2 ships that dont get T2 hit point boosts to armor and shields ontop of their t1 hulls. EAS have T1 hulls basically hp wise. That should be the first fix imo.

EAFs overall will be boosted by the speed changes - their speed will be better (both base and relatively) and they can viable use afterburners instead of MWDs, giving them more cap for e-war while still being survivable against cruiser and battleship guns. The Hyena could use some love if the web nerf goes through, but replace the target painter bonus with a 10% per level web strength bonus and it would be instantly fixed in my opinion.
