I am in highsec annoying miners at a belt in my Punisher, until some new player in an omen comes in and decides to take from one of my cans. I of coarse jump on him, warp jammer and open fire.I am orbiting him at a speed fast enough to keep out of his turrets tracking. And he opens fire with his lasers. and I see the laser jump from his ship onto a nearby veldspar roid. I think that it is a graphics bug, then I look at the message box and nothing is popping up saying that he missed me. Then I see a rocket jump from his ship onto the same veldspar roid. And I noticed that I didn't take any damage at all, And I was only going at 260 m/s so I know I couldn't have avoided the rocket. then I break into his armor, and melt it very quickly, he didn't rep at all. Then he went into structure and went boom. So I looted his wreck, and saw some disturbing items, here is what I saw, then I check my kills, and here is what I saw.
(the names are made up, I am sorry if they are the names of actual people in game. I named him this because he was shooting at the veldspar and blowing it up with rockets)
