Verde its pretty common practice to only fit 7 Tachs on that so you don't have to use the RCU's

swap out a sensor booster for a tracking computer and untick the drones to show your true damage. because your not going to be using drones at that range apart from on tacklers and shit that goes on top of you.

With all lvl 5 skills selected (I fly the mega, not the apoc) it has the following
193 optimal, 20 falloff
205km targeting (2 range and 1 speed script)
372dps, 1843 volley
tracking is only slightly worse (.005 vs .0061)
And its cheaper... and uses no rigs. With rigs, you can add an energy locus coordinator and upgrade to a RCU 2, giving you and optimal of 222km, or add a metastasis rig and get better tracking than your current fit (.0065). With a 1% pg implant (and AWU 5) you can put two optimal rigs on for a range of 251km, or you can drop an enhancer for another RCU 2 and get 3 optimal rigs for a range of 241.
The only downside is that you'll have lower alpha. But in exchange for no fitting problems, a MWD, and being cheaper I think its a better setup.
