With all the testing results coming in on the Minmatar race and changes to the ships from the lightest to the heaviest, Rapier good now for an anchor nothing else, 2 previous nerfs, now the third and it being the smallest race in Eve, how about us being able to allow the exchange for the mims for another race. Move all skill points like projectiles to hybrid turrents or give credit that must be selected to other skills. Exchange the Min ship for the same type in the other race ie. Rapier for a Falcon, Vaga for a Demos, Typhoon for a Domi. CCP does not want the mim race. People have spent over a year to train to fly mim ships for speed or web. At least give the mim pilots a chance to stay in the game at the same level in another race. Then ccp can finish off mins once and for all and remove the entire race.

Smallest race? It's second biggest after Caldari. It's just minmatar turn to be worst now, amarr and caldari been there already, dunno about gallente. Hold on, the boost will come to you eventually.
Why should you be able to change race and redistribute skills if it wasn't done for any other race before?

No, Gallente are 2nd biggest, then Minmatar.

Nothing was ever said that Minmatar were the smallest of the races. Just this is the 3rd nerf to hit the Minmatar race. Minmatar are the most skill intensive of the races and have the weakest overall ships except for speed. Poor ew, poor range and poor targeting. Good ships for run in close and shout it out. Of course with the planned nerf can't even run in close to shoot.

While the Minmatar are currently the second smallest race in terms of numbers, this is the 3rd major nerf of the race. Amarr should expect to see the number of players grow in this race in the future. Minmatar's only advantage in the game was speed, they are inferior generally in all aspects of the game without the speed. Where can I exchange my minmatar character
