Is anyone else having problems trying to resubscribe? I keep getting this error, everytime i try to enter my CC information...
ERROR: Not authorised
And yes, i do have available funds...

i donno. But if ur CC dont work try GTCs. Just buy them at almost any Eve website. Works good :D

When I resubbed I would sometimes find that the form ignored CC type/expiry info, using the default rather than what I entered. Trying a few more times worked.

have you tried typing everything is small letter? I remember I got that error when I sat up my 2nd account a few years ago. I then typed all and every bit of info - even my own name in small letters. No capitals. and then it worked. Ofcource it could be just a coinsidence, but if you have not tried it, it might be worth a try.

There's your problem, you are expecting CCP's CC billing system to actually be dependable, which it isn't.
GTC's FTW! They seem to work EVERY time, probably because CCP spent a lot of time developing and testing their system that processes GTCs, and it doesn't rely on third parties for verification, fraud detection, fulfillment and etc.
The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the ho's and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!' and I'll look down, and whisper 'no.' |
