I was sitting in Jita (still am unfortunately), waiting for a contract to end, and then it suddenly hit me what EVE needs the most at the momemt, so I decided to write a letter to their marketing department. Had alot of fun writing it, so I thought I would post it here as well for added input.
Heres the mail in its full length.

Lately I have been wondering what EVE is missing, and although I don't think it lacks very much, one thing strikes me as being particulary odd.
EVE simply doesnt follow the trend, you are missing the "i" in EVE.
I'm sure that everyone at CCP have heard of the iPod, and the entire iGeneration, even though you live on a desolate island that you can only get to, by parachuting from 30,000m.
Where's the iShips, where's the iModules, where's the cool white colored ships, and last but not least, where's the iPod!
A game where you can pod kill must have an iPod, there is no denying that.
Here's a suggestion that I'm sure will give you tens of thousands, maybe even millions of customers.
First, create an iPod that you can choose to get into, when your ship gets destroyed.
Next you create the iJukebox so people can buy and download music with their isk, and put it in their iPod for a more relaxed and ejoyable iPod experience.
The final thing to do is to let people share their music through the iMarket so they always have something to listen to when "shuffle"ing from gate to gate.
You could even make iBoosters for a better listening experience, and iGates so the community can get together and sing songs in their iPods.
I know this is quite an extensive list of requests, so I am aware that it will take some time to create, but if you can just start out by making a white version of the pod, and naming it "iPod" I would greatly appreciate it.
Please forward this to your marketing department as soon as possible.

Ofcourse I forgot to include the most important part in the initial letter, so I had to write a followup, which goes like this.

In my hurry to send my iEVE suggestion to you I completely forgot to mention the iPod Nano.
I will keep it short this time.
Basicly the iPod should have a single module slot where you would be able to fit a Nano.
This should drastically reduce signature radius and mass, but also reduce the amount of music you can put in it from the iJukebox.

I think this would be a great addition to EVE, and I hope CCP will take it into consideration
