Can anyone post me the build(s) that can make a corp on day one (or within a day). Ive heard that these exist/

Corporation Management L1 is the only prerequisite for creating a corp (except the ISK, 1.5 mil or thereabouts).
ANY character build can train that in the first day, provided they can come up with the needed ISK... which shouldn't be a problem if you can complete the newbie missions.

Akita is right.
It's however worth mentioning that you probably also want to train Ethnic Relations to at least lvl 1 which has Social III as a prerequisite.
Any race business executive can make large multiracial corps without any training. Still needs to earn the money to pay the corp creation fee, of course.
Any race business trader can make a corp by purchasing and training Corporation Management I. It is then highly suggested to train Corporation Management II and purchase and train Ethnic Relations I.
All the others can make the corp by purchasing and training Corporation Management I. It is then highly suggested to purchase Social and Ethnic Relations and train Social I, II, III, Corporation Management II and Ethnic Relations I.

Is it possible to create a second alt on an account, have it open a corp as CEO and then transfer corp ownership to my main to avoid training the CEO skills at least for now?  |

yes, open corp with noob alt, apply with main, go back to alt, resign as ceo, yes, name next ceo (main) sorted.
