I left a little over a year ago. I'm back for the moment.
In any case, I noticed one thing in particular that bugs me.
TORPS: WTF happened to torps? Someone stole all the fuel out of them and now they just kind of putter out the launcher and fall down like a drunken frat boy. Imagine my surprise when I launch a level 4 mission, grab my raven and head out to kill rats. I start locking targets, I let loose a full volley on one. Nothing happens. I'm thinking I'm lagged out... no... so I fire again and watch closely... my torps just disappear 10km from the target... um...ok. So thats how I learned of the Torp Nerf. /me is not happy- tiny bit more happy after refitting with Cruise launchers.
I want my torps back.

torps had a massive boost in dps, but yes, the range was brought in line with other short range weapons

unless you fit 2 speed rigs and 1 flight time rig
normal torps to 50km.. javelins to 71km..
plenty enough for crushing a lvl 4 extravaganza in 30 minutes flat.

I'm getting something like 30km right now, if I put 2 speed rigs and a flight rig on, I could get close to 50km?
Thats totally worth while. I miss my torps.

Guess he didn't realize he was wasting torps faster than before....
You outta see what full torp skills (and max special) along with a load of BCS and speed rigs do to somebodies armor and shields.

thanks god for 10m SP in missiles and 4 BCU2's YES YOU HEARD ME 4!! (that fourth still adds like 70dps :P)
Torps are fun, but id happily trade in some of that dps for the ability to fly solo, or at least have a more versatile existence, raven = Tank + Gank. anything else is just shoddy investment tbh.
now the domi.. theres a ship i could live in..

oh stop the "missiles Overpowered after speed nerf lulz" trolling
the speeds of drones and missiles will be balanced too. stop pretending otherwise.
remember, speed patch is a balance, not a nerf.
