Could you give me some nice Ishtar setups for PVE and PVP also.
It would be great if you are show both armor tanked and passive tanked setups :)

PVP: Sell it and buy a dominix or another useful pvp ship that is worth the cost.

Agreed. I have been trying since the speed nerf was announced to come up with a Ishtar fit that does something better then the same style fit on a domi. It was been a "epic fail".

PVE Setups won't change. You don't nano to do PVE... if you do... well... you need to get your head checked. :P

2 LSE tank was good enough for most 0.0 rats.
You could even rat Guristas in your standard 2 LSE, 1 cap booster, mwd, 24km dist setup.
Sanshas did require a em hardener though.
It was excellent for ninja ratting.

so is patch notes out ? or are peeps relying on dev news and sisi stats atm ? because 99% chance of things in next patch will be diffrent from how they are on sisi now(i say this since i have never played a game where a idea to a patch was put on a test srv and then when it hit the stardard server/s notting was changed) tweaks will be made.
