Your guide would work only for undefended POS.
Against manned POS you need overhelming numbers vs defence gang to rip it down without losses. At the end of day it's always possible to kill any pos if attacker is willing to pay the butchers bill and has the numbers advantage, all that defenders can do is to make sure that attacker will pay in blood for the removal of tower.
