Very generous of you. Is that offer directed at me, or at Captain Laerdon? |

Ironically, both the Amarr and Gallente Federation are breaking the stalemate that has permeated both factions' campaigns. The question now is which side will manage to transfer its momentum to its allies - will the Amarr subjugate the Matari and then turn thier attention to the Federation, or will the Federation crush the State under Heth, then begin to reinforce the Matari?
Or will the fortunes of war swing again, leaving a new set of faction(s) in control? The battlefield is ever changing. |

The way this pointless war is going, nobody is ever going to win.
Thats not necessarily a bad thing however.....war is certainly profitable for those on the outskirts. |

As our Grand Admiral Mekioth Sarum stated:

What Gallente/Caldari Stalemate? For that matter What Amarr/Minmatar Stalemate.
Stalemate would mean that the situation is static. That is clearly not the case in either situation. So I think you have chosen your descriptive here incorrectly. |

Maybe that's why he's talking about the breaking of stalemates. |

Stitcher... I don't think either situation was ever static. That is my point.
Truthfully we've been at war a little over two month and that is far little time to call anything static given the events that have occured.

There were a couple of weeks there with nothing happening, where every effort made by one side was effectively countered by the other. I'd call that a stalemate, personally. Stalemates don't have to be permanent, after all.
