Im trying to aim for something thats suitable for a PVP setup. Caldari Achura Intel - 10 Memory - 8 Perception - 10 Willpower - 8 Charisma - 3
Give me some input, is there a better skill setup i should choose while im still young, id hate to become an old character with messed up attributes. |

Depends on what you wanna train... if you wanna be a trader and be everyones friend in gangs cause of your leaderships skills..... it might need tweaking |

Wht you have there is pretty much optimal for training up ANYTHING save the social/management skills. Int and Per are primary attributes for a LOT of useful things, and your secondary in Mem and Will aren't too shabby either. With well-trained Learning skills most of your skills up to meta5 will whiz by. I also take it that your character will be primarily combat, as that's a combat-oriented build.
That being said, if you were ever to train Social (to, say, get into Lvl2s faster) you'd have a LONG wait, as Charisma is primary for most Social skills, and at 3 you're not gonna get many skillpoints/hour. If you're going to be leading fleets, same issue.
Overall, a good, viable build for skilling up quick in most gunnery, ship, and support skills. |

True, but he could always train empathy and possibly Presence and get a +2/3 CHR implant and not suffer much at all with the VERY few charisma skills he would need to train up. Hell my Caldari started with close to the same stats and I'm training almost all of the trade skills first. Of course I started him as a bus/entr career to minimize the amount of training of CHR skills. But still, it isn't to god awful training connections or broker relations to 4/5 once the learning skills and implants are done. |
