Is this the way it's going? People can say 'shit' on forums now and it's not considered a profanity?
If I was having tea with the queen would it be acceptable to say "scuse me m'am, I need to excuse myself to take a shit"?
Of course not, I would say I needed to be excused to go to the bathroom.
It's a slippery slope CCP

Maybe you can say the word without the filter catching it, and a seldom time use of the word will fit into a "context" where it can be used.
But then again, theres a thin line between use and misuse, so theres no reason to "spice" all sentences with this now newfound word.
