I have been having trouble running level four missions as of late... I have always had a hard time doing these missions. I run them in a Dominix and my fitting is fine so I figure my problems must be in the skills department.
And believe me when I say my drone skills are fine, I have Drone Interfacing V and soon will have tech 2 heavy drones.
My main issue is with tanking, I have Mechanic V, Hull Upgrades V and Repair systems IV, as well as compensation skills at III. My cap skills leave some to be desired. But I would like to know what skills would be best for optimal level four mission running in my Dominix.

Well you say a "hard time"? Hard time tanking? Sounds like yr drone skills are OK.
Get repair systems V ASAP. T2 reps are considerably better than T1.
Are you using active or passive hardeners? Post your fit.
CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that. |

Yeah, my tanking is where the problem is at this point. I can use Tech 2 Armor reps I might add...
My planned fit
Highs: 2-3 Drone Link Augmentor, 1 200mm Railgun (For Aggro)
Meds: 4 Cap Recharger IIs, 1 Drone Navigation Computer
Lows: 2 Large Armor Repairer IIs, 2 Rat Specific Hardeners, DCUII, EANM II, Capacitor Power Relay
Rigs: 3 Capacitor Control Circuits
Drone Bay: 5 T2 Heavy Drones, 5 Sentry Drones, 5 T2 Medium Drones, 5 T2 Light Drones

Drop the DCU, EANM, fit more rat-spec hardeners. Train your skills up, see if you can perma atleast 1 repper and get the second one rolling for atleast 2~ minutes, drop the CPR and moar tank.
