Gentlemen!
My computer was under attack two times today from the IP 87.237.38.200
The attack was detected by my antivirus.
whois gave the following information:

After each attackk the connection with EVE was lost and i had to reboot the computer.
What does that mean?

So the eve server wants to send some information to your eve client and your antivirus program thinks that's an "attack" ?
Change your antivirus program or if it's Kasperskys upgrade to a newer version ! |

If your antivirus/firewall/etc blocks the data coming from the EVE server, then it's no wonder that you lose connection.
As replied above, update the program (Kaspersky? A google search showed that at least), or try using another program
