24 hours after
The First Impression of war
After reading the first reports, it seems to me that after the first engagement between involved parts with severe loses from enemy side, the results of the war shows to be filling their main objective.
With the absolute lack of presence of enemy lines that could oppose us at Black Rise and Placid, the Caldari soldiers were able to resecure our 6 contested systems and advance to enemy lines having 7 more of their systems contested.
The coming days looks promising in the front lines. I also welcome to the battleground our new pilots and corporations.

Any single pilot is important to an effort of war. A good strategist don't under-estimate their enemies in any shape or form.
This said, I'm afraid I must reveal to you that every single corp that I see roaming into placid and black rise inside the gallente militia will eventually receive the same honour. It's just a matter of waiting on the list.

That is true, since we are all "cogs in the machines of war" fighting for our cause. Whether the ship is Caldari or their "hired" mercenaries, either way they are equally a part of the enemy war effort and are targets. I am a soldier, trained for one purpose. If I die in battle , well so be it. However my objective is to make sure my opposite number shares my trip into the nether regions of the great beyond.

Pandemic Legion pilots destroy several battlecruisers and a battleship of the State Protectorate last night. Look like the mercs hired by HET have gone rogue and will destroy anyone they choose. Been paid and think they can do what they want now?
HET made a big deal of hiring these pirates against the Gallente and now they shoot loyal Caldari. HET are negligent and criminal. Gallente are laughing themselves to sleep over this. Now we loyalists have to deal with Gallente, Star Fraction and pirate mercs who out of control.

Last night not first incident. Pandemic pirates destroy State Protectorate battlecruiser during your contract. Also why not announce end of contract? Why bring pirates to Black Rise for a week agreement only and then leave them in Caldari territory shooting loyal Caldari?
HET have done nothing to help Caldari cause. Your dealings are not ours. Caldari military does not need pirate mercs who are let out of control in our space.

You should thank your own incompentence for your officers of State Protectorate didn't seem to find "need" to exchange mutual standings with Pandemic Legion when it was announced several times within the militia that you should do so. Many of the Militia Corps, did and had no incident of sorts.
About your personal opinion regarding H.E.T's dealings, mute to me as you are neither a higher official of the State in position to speak for it and browsing records, neither a pilot which has done enough to have at least your name highlighted at the Caldari boarder statistics.
Get used to be organized and take care of your own dealings. Pandemic Legion was here because two factors: The enemy presence, and the lack of competency from the militia to expell them.
I don't care about your personal feelings on the matter when you perform your duty as you should. The State interests are above all in my plans. And H.E.T will operate this way.

PL still has logistical facilities in Black Rise. They may well stay there for an extended period if only for the target-rich environment.

Finally, Mr. HET representative.... All that Pandemic would need to do is add the Militia column to the pod-interface's overview. They would be able to see easily what ships they were to engage or not.

I do hope they will stay, I for one welcome their presence so they can do another rotation of federation corps if needed.
Now that PL is not under H.E.T military contract, they will take their policies and relocation as they see fit and I'm sure that competent officers will seek for mutual standings if of both part interests. Other's fate, their own.
PL was hired to maintain war decced enemy corps away from Black Rise. They did this job with perfection. They were not hired to protect incompetent officers of the State who deemed to find unecessary to exchange mutual standings and it's not their problem, neither mine to seek for it.
Any officer at war should be able to protect their interests in Order to do their effective work for the State.
This is my job. And the only one.

Every Federation Corp that could represent a significant obstruction of H.E.T's operations in Black Rise and Placid are to be considered.
After the first week of war and with the sucess of the first military contract out of the militia, I have taken that this procedure is a sucessful one and will be taken by myself as part of my military dealings may need rise.
Pandemic Legion and other Organizations as well have received my proposal and accepted in advance for future engagements.
As the war proceeds, we will see need to use these outside resources as I see fit.

Continuing our para-military engagements in Black Rise and Placid, now with the sucess our two more systems conquested, next, I hereby announce and welcome another friendly alliance addition to the campaign.
This coming week, H.E.T has closed a new contract to proceed with the cleasing of unwanted entities operating at these locations.
This time two Corporations inside the gallente Federation are selected. With carefull study of the statistics of the first week with external military incursions, we have now selected entities according with are of impact. Tacticaly, for this second phase, I have also opted for pronlonged war times due to better logistics for the coming 0.0 alliance and relocation.
This communication has been done with 48 hours in advance so the caldari militia officers of their respective corporations, have time to contact me for possible mutual standings negociation.
