Kane Kuchera, standing tall on his Achmedian flagship, Ehena Growl [AMD+64-DDF-3] Celstial Apocalypse of the divine light and jewel of Achmed purity.

Men, women and children of the Caldari; Today, on the Achmedian day of Salderon a new founded mark in history. We stand before you all, On this day of light before the wake of a new age of prosperity and divine glory.
Our task is complete, the tide of the Gallentian hoard has been halted. Now is your time, free people of the state to move your histories together in a new era of peace.
In unity do we seek the truth, and in truth do we reach enlightenment. No further will the hounds of the abyss and parrots of the underworld pave the way for noble and just statesmen to meet their own state of hell.
The seeds in which the demons did sew and the deeds that came with their obligatory raid of freedoms will now be their tombs, blessed by the immortals, and hallowed ground of the dead will sing of this new light of the divine.
You fight to defend your homes, we fight for purity of all, and the extermination of the Gallentian taint.
As we depart from your side, and cease our rearing motions and hands of ever nurturing love for you the people, we stand insulted.
The man Heth, is a traitor to all things the State should stand for. As you fight to defend your homes, your children and your right for equality. He instead plots the furthering of his dictatorial zeal of lust and blasphemous hate.
We looked to this man, offerd him our aid in the interest of preserving everything the state represents, only to be confronted by an ever increasing rise of a man engulfed in his own self worth and desire for power.
Since when did your glorious State amount to the obsessive power of one man?
We renounce his claims of sovereignty and label him as the only betrayer of the Caldari people. We can seek to aid him and guide his path to purity no longer.
Fight well warriors of the state. Our time with you has ended. We move now to seek distant lands and fuel the ever driven engines to purge the unclean heretics of Black Rise.
Only remember, what it is you fight for, and never assume to fall prey to the twisted spell of the evil zealot of hate that is Heth.
Stand tall, you are the state, you are free and never will the oppressive hoard of Gallente tyranny touch your doors. Never assume comfort in the words of he who guides you to war. Achmed Fleet is leaving the Caldari State faction within 24 hours. After that time Achmed Fleet may no longer fight on behalf of Caldari State.

The war between The Star Fraction and Achmed Fleet is coming to an end. The Star Fraction has retracted the war against Achmed Fleet. The war will be declared as being over after approximately 24 hours.
Star Fraction recognize the words of Kane Kuchera and his people. We applaud the condemnation of the Tyrant Heth and his creatures. Achmed Fleet have attempted to fight back which is more than can be said for most of the brethren and they are to be commended for the courage to stand for what they believed. That they now see the truth of their future stands in independent operations outside the shadow of Heth bespeaks their wisdom besides.

Truely the unfortunate coincidence that marked my entry into the Achmed Fleed was an omen of dark days to come.
The turn of events leave me shamed and saddened, that my new allegience has taken such a twist on my life. My heart burns for the state; not the man, but the many.
But I will bide my time for now, and see how things will unfold..

Understanding the crime of desertion is already a delicate task. But on top of it, speaking of our leader with such words brings unnecessary attention to an organization who already succumbed to Star Fraction and wouldn't want another uncalled military action against it at the present moment.

I do however offer you good fortunes where you go now, wherever that might be. Pay no attention to this... Heth drone who's transmission occured before mine, he would probably name even Duty. traitors and/or deserters for leaving the militia.

Interesting, the transmissions you refer to show no evidence of Drone Artificial Intelligence. However Heth is a pathetic military commander. He cannot even keep his own troops from deserting.
I do not see why man should not be just as cruel as nature. |

Desertion from the Militia is in itself an action that should should be frowned upon, no matter circumstances. It's easy to say that one will continue to be loyal and do their duty to State when it no longer needs to suffer the endurance of a general faction war constantly upon you with no rewards other than its own honour and feeling of loyalty to it's government.
The abandon of obligations imposed by joining a militia, and leaving their uniforms and decorations behind in dire times like this where our future is being written is not to be justified or praised with applauds unless, applauds of enemy lines as we have been seeing here.
It's on times of difficulty where only the Brave remain and will show their worth. So although I can't condemn their leaving as it's not my place but the State to do so, I believe that the removal of their ranks and life back to a civilian routine is condemnation enough to any who call themselves loyalists.
In times like this the State should come before any personal corporation decisions and individual feelings. No matter if it's duty or who else, desertion from war will not be praised from my mouth if you still had any doubts about my position in this regard.

The endless grind of war is not something many can endure as will and wallet grows thin. As free citizens you have a right to choose.
Many of us have abandoned our luxury offices in high sec, to live in the front lines. To fight not for a man but because it in our very soul to resist, whatever the threat is.
Very quick was everyone to point out Heth as a xenophobic dictator. Also very quickly everyone was deployed in the front lines and ready to slug it out. The people support him, and the gallente support him by joining in the frag. If this is so irrational stop being hypocrites and stop the fighting. Otherwise, bring it on.

Achmed fleet deserves a place of honor among those who defended the State. Thank you for your patriotism comrades! Your memory fuels more young Caldari to join the Militia, they are fueled by more anger as pirates and thieves tarnish the respect that is due the Caldari and Gallente Militia.
The State will never surrender, she is like a drone that births ten clones upon her own demise. Soon the Gallente will come to terms and we can turn our anger towards murderers the likes of Jade Constantine and her gang.
