You get better range with 3x T1 rigs on CNR than with 2x T2 ones on golem. I did actually test torp CNR and it was a bit more effective than torp Golem in missions, altho speed difference is relatively low (in the ballpark of 1 .. 2 minutes per mission). Then again I was using 'gank' fit, meaning cap injector and thus had to use officer RCU to pull it all off. However, if you can afford T2 rigs that approx 150 mil RCU should not be problem to you and officer/faction fitted CNR would still come up cheaper than Golem with T2 rigs.
In reality that small max range difference between CNR and Golem is not THAT big so both platforms will work fine with torps. Just commenting, that if you already have torp CNR then torp Golem is not something worth 'wanting badly'. Unless you have something specific in mind needing those bonuses on Golem, whitch would be tractor beam bonus, as CNR is killing BC's as good as Golem with pwnage painter and smaller ships are already killed by drones. |

The main thing is the tractor bonus speeding up salvaging is worth alot to me i have only done one mission with the ship being disucsed here was a sanches mission and the tractors were amazing instead of salvaging taking me as long or longer then the mission it took me 30 seconds in an 8x salvager fitted flycatcher because all the cans were in one spot...
After testing the golem i recomend it... it will pay for itself fairly fast if you salvage due to the speed increase. |

ok, you can tractor everything in 1 spot, and salvage after, but you still have to get that ship, get to the mission site and salvage. I think its way faster just to salvage everything 'on the fly'. And when i say everything, i mean the stuff thats worth it: Large wrecks, and medium wrecks if you got no large wrecks to salvage, or just still flying to the gate.
Does it pay that good to salvage small wrecks? |

Depends on mission. Salvage speed without salvage rigs is pretty crap, even with good skills and hardwire. In most missions that are 'worth it' it's better isk/h to come back in dedicated loot/salvage ship than trying to be jack of all trades in your main missionrunning ship.
Loot/salvage as you go is sensible in missions what you usually would not bother looting/salvaging at all. As long as you do not stop to sit on acceleration gate to 'salvage this one more wreck' after you have cleared the stage. If you do that you start losing isk/h. |

Is there any other staff involved in this 60k mark for torps ? like say any implants ?
The list is so long and i got lost in the middle so if you guys can direct me to some of the better mission running implants for cruise/torp CNR it will be great |

Yes. 60k torps use either 5% missile speed hardwire or 5% missile flight time hardwire (both are slot 7 so you can pick only one). Standard hardwires are also RoF and Torps damage ones. Cruise missiles usually use 5% missile signature one instead of missile range, RoF implant is same and ofc cruise missiles tend to use 5% cruise missile damage implant.
Sometimes people also use salvage hardwire, especially if they use either their main character to salvage afterwards or like to salvage wreck or two while they kill the spawns. |
