I'm probably two late with this but still I will post it.
1. since we have the combat log of our own kills now would it not make more since to give everyone that was involved in the kill a mail so that theres not all the useless running around between killboards especially since many of them are password locked so you can only get the raw mail with a login ID which you can't get unless your part of the allaince. Also if the people you are flying around with at the time don't speak the same language as you like the russians and germans on the same server how will they get that kill mail or know to give you a copy or that you can even find it if there killboard is in a different language than your own. Just seems like it would make things much simpler if everyone got a kill mail that is listed on it.

Reducing the response time for CONCORD means they attack faster. The phrasing of that statement confused me at first as well. ----------------------------------------------------

Reduced. When you attack someone in High sec, Concord will arrive almost instant from what I remember from a Dev blog.

Currently, if you fly to the station where your JC is and jump, the JC will be lost along with implants etc. I'm guessing they're fixing this.

Heh - love it :P I too wish to know what "as intended" means. I don't really use JCs that much, but I have 3 of them, and some of them are in places I don't really care to be in (as in, a slightly useless station/system) just to be sure that I don't accidentally JC from a station I have a clone in and lose implants.
2 others have asked for clarification on this as well - still no CCP reply to explain that note :( It would be nice to finally be able to group my JCs in one station and not worry about using them and losing implants.
