Um, Advent children is based on VII if I recall.
It's based off a few years after VII basicly the aftermath of Shrike.
Also guys this is hollywood they made over 4billion dollars off of milking everything possible off movies even if the story or characters arn't right. Death Race was basicly based of Twisted Metal and that was a ****in awsome game in the 90s.
And I didn't know that silent hill was a video game. I liked that movie.

Well teh max payne trailer looks awesome... no matter what that devdudethingy said...
I was really scraed seeing teh FarCry trailer recently in the cinema.
Cant discribe teh bullcrap i saw there. Till schweiger.....

Advent Children is, but I think they were referring to the original Final Fantasy movie - The Spirits Within (some sort of cgi sci-fi effort iirc)
