Trick others from their isk :)
One of the oldest scams I know goes like this:
"I am quiting EVE, and I have a very large amount of isk that I will give away. I will give you 3 isk per isk you give me, but you must give me isk first to show trust."
Now this does sedlom work at all, but you get thie idea :) (you never give out the isk, just take what you get and go :))

A ship you want? or is 400 mill isk the price of a gametime card or something?

yeah, but i need this 400m isk to buy a game card with isk, because i have no real life money  thats why i made this thread because i have 30 days to come up with 400m to get a gamecard

Assuming you're not in a corp, one way to boost your income would be to join a corp that has someone with good mining bonuses and perhaps a hauling infrastructure. I'm a pirate by profession, but I have an old friend who runs a mining corp, and if you'd like, I can ask him if you can join. I can't guarantee he'll accept or that he'd be on enough to help you mine much as he's been fairly busy lately, but if nothing else, it will give you a whole corp of people that can help explain stuff to you. Hit me up ingame with an Eve-mail or a convo if you're interested, and I'll see what I can do.

Don't bother mining kernite, it runs out in most systems in amarr space in like 16 hours, you could mine it in a system with no stations though, although that is more time consuming to do.

ogoten in minmatar space has omber in every belt, is hardly populated, has no can flippers, you can just mine all day with no hassle. Its 0.7 sec iirc.
for your second month, try trading, put regional buy orders up, collect them once a week or so and sell in hubs at 300% markup.

You realize mining empire in a non-hulk is something like $1/hour, right?
You'd be better off slinging burgers at McD's for 4 hours than mining your ass off for an entire month. By the time you're done you're not going to WANT to play eve any more. Emphasis on 'play.'
Try scamming, corp theft, etc. Be creative. Grinding veld in a retriever for a month... brrr.

400mill buys a 60day GTC.
I assume you need to get up to 400mill to afford to keep playing eve?
As you mine, train up to get into a hulk and get a second account that can haul. This way, your can flippers have less chance to add a lousy hauler to buff their kill ratio stats.
What you mine is a factor of following the market. You might want to get some clones over in different parts of space and set them up to mine 'flavor of the month' minerals. Its not that expensive to do this, just requires standings.
Should be doable easy if you can play every day.

Give up mining you'll get bored anyway...0.0 belt ratting is win, you need a proper ship though.
I have a hulk, i don't use it anymore because i need more money than i can mine with it. Lvl 3 and lvl 4 combat missions are good way to make money too.

Assuming you're reprocessing the ore and selling the minerals, the best ore to mine in hisec is currently kernite (can be found only in amarr space). Followed by plagioclase and scordite respectively.

Veldspar. Quick to mine large amounts, easy to come by anywhere and Trit is a fairly good price ATM.
The best way is to get a hauler alt. No more running to and fro every time you have a hold full, have your hauler sitting next to you to pick up every time you jet the ore so thieves can't grab it. You should be able to make a billion a month easy that way depending on how many hours a day you play. IE: 10 jetcans of veld refined at 100% and sold in the right place is a good 40 million worth or thereabouts. If you can cope with 10 cans a day, just 10 days will get you the amount you want.
The best option by far is to train for a Hulk and the top rated indy, T2 expanders and Cargohold Optimization I rigs (Iteron5 is best for over 32K per load maxed out to grab a whole jetcan and then some with every run). Hulk can mine around 4K per cycle so that's less than 7 cycles or under 21 minutes per can barring roid pops, 25 minutes if you count pops.
Find a system where prices are pretty good locally so you don't have to haul too far.

Ok, some real advice. Look at named modules on the market. Notice how buy prices are about 1/4 the price for many, many, many of them. I suggest 150mm ACs and medium neutron guns to start with.
The obvious course of action should follow.
And ffs, don't mine 23x7 in a newbie ship for the next month.
