I bought me a Navy Raven, and wanted to fit it with 3 Capacitor Control Circuit II. When i wanted to put the 3rd on i got me a failuremessage : "You cannot fit the Capacitor Control Circuit II because your ship cannot handle it. Your ship can only fit so many upgrades as each interferes with it's calibration and past a certain point your ship is rendered unusable". I don't get it cause my Navy raven has 3 upgrade hardpoints. I hope that somebody here can tell me what's wrong, and what i need to do to fit the 3rd on my Raven?.

Every ship has a certain amount calibration points and each rig will take some of it. Naturally you cant fit more then a certain amount of points. Most rigs wont reach the point limit even if you fit 3 of em. In this case it does. ----------------------------------------- [Video] Support Barrage |

Rigs use calibration points. Ships have a set amount of calibration points.

Calibration points act in the same was as your CPU and PG on a ship. You don't have enough of them to fit 3 CCC II. Indeed, I think Faction Ships have less Calibration points than normal Tech I ships, in which case you may not be able to fit another rig at all now.

If you call the isk-seller who sold you the isk for the navy raven and the 3 CC II, ask him if he can sell you the "rig enhancement implants" so you can fit the last CCC II onto your raven.

Or he could be just like 90% of the mission running population that just spews missiles and knows nothing about fittings and mechanics.
But I guess you sad bitter freaks wanted to shout "EBAY". Most pathetic of all is seeing a row of replies all saying "ebay" trying to outwit each other. Fun. |

Well, fact reiams that questions like these raise suspicion - to someone really addicted to the game it may seem as a surprise that people don't know about things that may seem fundamental to others. |

Being accused of character purchase via ebay or other illegal channels is not only demeaning but also doubtless a form of harassment - you're planting suspicion in other players' minds and basically saying that CCP should ban his account - you have no bloody idea how he got his character from so shut, to put it in a nutshell, the **** up.
It's so FAR from your business and concern it's not even funny, if you suspect something like a bought account then petition it fgs and leave it off these forums.

I would say it is fairly damned likely that he has bought a lot of isk through timecards or whatever, I don't really care, but I do reserve the right to laugh at them when they noob about.
There is always the chance he does just exist to spam missiles and cause lag in motsu but my opinion of him is about the same so it makes little difference really.
This is the kind of mistake you are meant to make with T1 rigs lol but I'm guessing you have only ever fitted a raven : / |

the simple fact is that most mission runners never have to think about calibration points in the first place since most of them fit 3xCCC and those always fit
ppl should actually learn to stop screaming ebay every ****ing time someone makes mistakes in this game. |
