Greetings: How do u fit black birds for jamming, my first idea was a full rack off multi specs an mwd and overdrives, but it looks doubtful - suggests please |

forget the overdrives, use Signal Distortion Amplifiers in the lows |

Well, take off those overdrives no matter what, they are pretty useless.
Either use some plates for extra HP, maybe a damage control or you can use signal distortion amps as well. If you are part of decent sized gang (with other ECM ships), you could use racial ECM as they tend to work better. |

Highs: Whatever. Anti-frig stuff, smartbomb for drones, remote reps, salvager etc. Mids: MWD / Sensor booster, Racial jammerers Lows: Signal Distortion Amp, Signal Distortion Amp / 1600RT
Use the "be a long way away and aligned for something" tank. |

Forget ECM on this ship - use those six midslots for tackling gear. Nothing's gonna get away from your gang with that shit on. |

Long distance jamming long range targeting multitasking signal dispersion signature analysis
would help also with e-war stuff. |

Well to be honest you didn't have to train Electronic warfare to level 5 - but it will definitelly help you - especially with t2 jammers. You should train caldari cruisers as high as possible and look at mods you need to see exactly what skills are usefull. Good idea is to use quickfit with some vanilla setup and you can see how stats are changing when you change level of your skill.
Vanilla setup:
[PvP] 'Hypnos' Signal Distortion Amplifier I 'Hypnos' Signal Distortion Amplifier I BZ-5 Neutralizing Spatial Destabilizer ECM Enfeebling Phase Inversion ECM I 'Hypnos' Ion Field ECM I 'Umbra' I White Noise ECM 10MN MicroWarpdrive I Sensor Booster II,Targeting Range Assault Missile Launcher II,Sabretooth Precision Light Missile Assault Missile Launcher II,Sabretooth Precision Light Missile Assault Missile Launcher II,Sabretooth Precision Light Missile Small Remote Hull Repair System I
Important: high slots are not important at all ;-) So concentrate on your locking range (long range targeting skill), jamming range (caldari cruisers and long range jamming), jamming strength (caldari cruisers and signal dispersion). Other important skills are signature analysis (targeting speed), targeting (more targets), multitasking (even more targets - but i wouldn't train it soon). Frequency modulation skill is not important too as you are mostly in optimal and in the end your optimal will be more than your locking range.
You can start to fly with tech1 or named mods, check your jammers are set to manual (not auto), insure your ship and fly as often as you can.

Best named ECM's are pretty cheap and as good as t2, easier on the cap too so use those. MWD, MandatoryWarpDrive, is well mandatory so pick one of those. A plate is not bad since it might give you enough time to warp off or lock the one who is scrambling you, jamming him and then warping off. So some effective hp is very good since they WILL target you.
In general with ECM ships.. Far away = good. Aligned to something and ready to warp = good. Always use racial jammers and apply them on the right hostile ships even in the midst of battle. Don't use more then 1 jammer on a target unless you must use another to successfully jam do it. DO NOT USE AUTOREPEAT unless you only put 1 jammer per target and let them cycle, having several jamemr cycling on a hostile is worthless.
