These forums are actually ruining the game worse than CCP ever will. The amount of whining, complaining, and drama on here drag this game down and just serves to anger players, causing more grief than any suicide gank could.
The minute amount of useful info can go into an FAQ on the actual site or on a wiki.
I think this should take priority over any current project. HIT THE DELETE BUTTON CCP!

Flaming and whining is an integral part of any MMO community. There's actually quite alot of usefull info on here.

Better then to post here and contribute to the "problem" you discribe you could better have send a petition or any other means of personall "you vs ccp" discussion.

For example, I found out that salt water boils faster than fresh water on these forums.

The forums create a community for the game.
Community is what make EVE so powerfull.
EVE has become very rich off its community
Community gives opinions on the game should be played.
You are in General chat.
Problem is CCP doesn't take time to answer the player base - So there for things get out of hand!
But I'm thinking the community has to handle it's own whines
