This game has been down for nine extra hours beyond normal down time. I demand my 18 cents god damn it! Seriously though, I just hope that the patch was properly QA'd. We roll out fixes from our development and sustaining groups regularly for enterprise level communications systems that affect hundreds of millions of users all over the planet . . . and I know for a fact that a huge chunk of our stuff never is actually QA'd. And when we release hotfixes, it's a fifty-fifty shot as to whether or not we've actually even bothered to try and run the hotfix we gave you to verify if it even runs, much less whether it fixes your problem. This is a thankless and frustrating and hectic job and event. I can only imagine the stress the team is under today. If they can get things going with only a 24hr down time I will be rather impressed. Good luck.
