is there any way at all to get my bestower to hold more?
I all ready have it maxed out with 4 tech 2 cargo hold exspanders and I looked in ship modifications and didin't see anythig else there so is there anything else that I could but to get it to hold more stuff or am I looking at a new skill set to get a different industrial that can hold more?

Under Astronautic Rigs you have cargo bay optimizers. They are a bit pricy and once fully rigged your bestower will exhibit all the grace and agility of a Drunken Rhino riding a frenchman.

Tried throwing some GSCs in it? They only take up 3000m^3 but can hold 3900m^3 :S Apart from that, get your industraial skill up or start lookng for a new ship (although I could have sworn there was a cargo rig)

agility or speed means nothing to me... I just use it mainly for getting my ore from field back to station
as is now I can handle 13 something m3 of stuff

so what about an Impel? anyone know were i can find one of those in a station? I COULD get it off of contracts if i really wanted to but most of the time the people overcharge or put a bunch of stuff i don't want with it just so they can jack up the price
that seems more realistic to me cuz I cant just go and spend 35 mill on something that wont give me much more room
I am currently in Iidoken atm if that helps at all

Four ways toget more cargo space out of a indy:
Cargohold Expanders
Using Giant Secure Containers in your cargo bay - each one increases your effective cargohold capacity by 900m3 (providing, of course, that whatever you're hauling can be broken into 3900m3 chunks)
Cargohold Optimizer rigs (requres Jury Rigging, Astrometrics Rigging)
Training up the faction industrial skill - each level increases cargohold space.
Other than that, getting another race's indy - the Bestower isn't the biggest one out there. The two biggest are the Minmatar mammoth at 5600m3 base (requires Minmatar Industrial IV), or the Gallente Iteron V (6000 m3 base, requires Gallente Industrial V).
Of the two, I personally think the Mammoth has the biggest bang for the buck, so to speak - with all Cargoholds IIs , no cans, and no rigging, it can do 18K of cargo space with just enough skill to fly it. Plus, it actually looks like a industrial - unlike the stickmobile that is the Iteron V :)
