For the past couple months I've had this problem with my graphics. No matter what im doin or how i mess with my settings the same thing happens. Its a little hard to explain so i got a fraps of the game doin it. it can be found here its not big just a few seconds of the glitch. this happens in with or without the premium graphics content. If anyone has some answers please help. Thank you.

Do you have this in EvE only or in other games as well... I had this problem a while ago on a card as wel, and it turned out the card itself was defect, and had too replace it :(
Symtoms where, flickering vertexes in Heavy 3d Enviroments, so in for example in Windows itself everything seemed fine, and some games that didnt use a certain type of shader didnt gave problems as well.. So for a long time i was confinced even that it was a bug in the game..
Till i got some other heavy 3d game, that had exactly the same problems, and then finnaly could puzzle out that in my case as soon some type of shader was used, this exact same glidge as you have happend by tweaking down graphics to a point it didnt occur.. With my it was Oblivion who was acting up on me, and when i got NeverWinterNights 2 the same thing started too happen, while other games somehow didnt seem too have the issue.. After tweaking both games so that i could turn certain effects off, the glidges dissapeared..

That is called artifacting and is caused by the GPU either overheating, faulty drivers, or a faulty video card.

Yeah it artifacts try running HMonitor and check your GPU heat if its like 70-90c thats your prob, yet ive had this afore with a X1950 at its peak of burning out but the artifacts were not as bad as that lol, good luck though mate, try cleaning out the heatsink. Also check your mainboard temp and CPU temp it could be a airflow problem aswell, the CPU heats up the Mobo and it kinda spreads if u get me but if its no that its prob ur GPU heatsink(and if i was u id consider looking into a 9600GT lol, cheap and cheerful)

No doubt its a hardware issue (it can be drivers, but its unlikely).
The graphics card is either: a)over heating b)the GPU is faulty c)the RAM is faulty

It only does it on eve. I can run crysis, neverwinter nights, *cough* wow *cough cough*, and all my other games just fine... eve is the only one it does this on. and when i just tried to get on it did it again just at the start up screen.

I had the same problem with my old computer, which had a nvidia 7800gt gpu. I would have atrifacting in just EVE but all my other games were fine. I would always crash in station if I stayed docked to long. Never figured it out I tried reloading drivers, going back to old drivers nothing worked. With my new computer with a ATI HD4870 I havent had any of these problems. Although you are not the only one there are several threads on this issue fingers point to the code that EVE is written with overloads the gpu thus causing it to atrifact.
