Well, I'm not one for heels, obviously... but shoes... sure in a sense.
I just can't live without my Pirelle sneakers, I gotta buy a new set every couple of months. They're awesome for Dunesurfing, lots of grip for board control.

I like knee or thigh-high lace-ups with a standard or spike heel for those days when you just have to stride in and liberate the entire bloody solar system.
Kitten heels for dancing, usually something bright.
And little strappy things that just scream "%&*! me" for wearing with... a smile.
But if you want leather, the Kingdom won't help you. Proper leather, that feels cool against the skin and smells so good... mmm, for that you have to go to Pator. North continent, in a town called Nigawa Oshun, there's a shoemaker named Volric Arkester. His shoes don't just look good, they fit and they don't rub, pinch, blister or break your %&*!ing toes.

I don't get much social time, if I'm not in my Capsule I'm performing some other duty where such glamorous footwear would just complicate things; Not that I was much of a sucker for fashion in the first place.
I usually wear my black boots (courtesy of the Caldari Navy).
I don't work the month-long tours these days so having such functional footwear isn't a must as such, but I'm far too accustomed with them now to give them up.

Well, while we appear to be sharing images of our footwear...
I find that despite appearances, these are surprisingly comfortable to wear on a day-to-day basis. They probably aren't as practical as a pair of combat boots or similar, but I don't have to be practical... That's what my crew are for.
Also, a dear friend of mine (you know who you are!) just bought me these, which I absolutely adore!
I also have a pair of these for those occasions where something less... attention grabbing is needed.

I'm just a very plain girl, fighting for the freedom of my republic and myself and have no frills and money to spend for this bourgeoise crap you call shoes. A good shoe has to stand a 100 km march, has to have steel covered so that you don't hurt yourself when something hard is falling on your foot and has to have good grip for the ship will shake in combat and on sharp turns you may fall with a bad one.

If you just want a big range with lots of artificial, simpering lackeys to feed you morsels of sweetmeats as you try shoes (or have the little people parade them for you) Agil is the place. There's a constant stream of podpilots wanting to show off their new money who keep the business turning over. The quality is good, of course, but you expect that when they can hire a few thousand planet-dwellers to spend months crafting your shoes. What they are not is great. If you want range this is the place. If you want greatness it is not. No need for directions, your staff will have no problems finding the shoe districts.
Similar, but smaller. Again, look for the shoe district:

If you want quality, craftmanship, artisans akin to gods and shoes made from beasts with pedigree that can be traced back centuries:

These two source from the same region of the planet below. A schism between the aluminium-titanium alloy shank and the vanadium-titanium alloy shank devotees led to the formation of two separate schools shortly after the Khanid split from the Amarr (for reasons alegedly unrelated to shoes). They've developed quite distinct approaches to feeding their livestock, managing sun exposure and so on. If you want the best you want to have your people track down stocks from the reunification efforts inspired by contact with the Gallente. The two schools together produced materials that are truly glorious. After the new schism they were banned and burned but some survived, hidden in secret stashes. Those stored in the desert warehouses in Tanoil Wood crates (interleaved with a more neutral timber such as the standard Royal Ironwood, of course) are worth the price they command, should you find any.
There's a research outpost on Cabeki II where you can find shoes that are, somehow, even better but they lack the history. They look better and feel better but the lack of background is unappealing. Also, setting up shop somewhere so hard to get to just so they can pretend to be special is a bit gauche.
Shoes less redolent with character but still exceptional can be sourced from Jamyl, Bukah IV (the place, not the emperor), Jamyl, Ibani V (I think that's the planet and yes, it's the same name and no it's not the emperor either), and, well various other places. I go far to find the best shoes but planetside is a bit excessive.
Are you sure you're not willing to leave Khanid space? The Jin-Mei have artisans that put a lot more into their work than anything you'll find in Khanid space. Luminaire also has no shortage of places that have done the work for you and have contacts with many of the finest sources to be found.

Shoes for the occasion, if I plan on making a 100km march... well, first off I need to have a lot of alcohol in my system to even agree to such a crazy idea. But when I am working in the docks, or planetside steeltoes are quite nice. The grip isn't a neccesity for people who don't fly those rust buckets the Matari call ships, my Raven never shudders unless I'm under fire... and any time I'm in my Raven I'm kinda wired into my capsule, so traction is a non-issue (I'm rather nude, and I see the use of shoes when you go without the rest of your clothing a silly concept)

Now, where were we? Oh yes... shoes.
