SL6+friends lost = 11b SL6+friends killed = 400m theres a difference between surrendering because nobody can be bothered to shoot players that die faster than rats, and are certainly around the same IQ as NPC's. a war thats surrendered is not always a war thats lost. the satisfaction of a mail is nothing compared to that of knowing that your enemy's hull buckles at the site of you. Respect to SL6, for showing the biggest balls in eve.

During that fight, 50+ cap ships were lost. Some people lost two cap ships, and one guys lost 3 cap ships. Not one of them got refunded. If you hold a unix shell up to your ear, can you still hear the c: ?

If you really are what you say you are, I've got a test for you, so that I can know how awesome you are. There is a tower in Irmalin at P8M5. It's owned by this tiny corp and shouldn't be too much of a challenge for the "awesomeness" that is NEX and OMEGA. IF you guys can blow that tower up, I'll publicly post here, that NEX and OMEGA are two of the most awesome alliances ever. If you can't you hafta post here that NEX and OMEGA have no business operating in low sec since they can't even gank a minor corp tower. Have fun... Around one year back, the former alliance that lived there, Ground Zeero, was under control by Reconpete himself. At some point, pirates and griefers started to mess with the local Irmalin people, and a big war broke out, a war wich Ground Zeero was clearly losing. Alot of people became inactive/left because the leadership (mostly Pete) didnt had a clue how to handle this all. After pete lost his smartbombing Phoenix to the enemy, he told 'he had to go mia for rl issues': In other words, he know he failed bigtime and bugged out of the pile of shit he created. So, mad props to Pete!!! The rest of the story of Ground Zeero you CAOD-*****s probably know. After around 9 months Pete shows back in Irmalin. Stirring crap up in local like 'corp x made Ground Zeero, MY alliance, fall to pieces!!!!'. He lied to everyone about different stuff, because he really DID know he was the former biggest failure of the whole alliance. And now he wanted to reform this alliance, and showed he was the best (lulz) around lowsec khanid once again! So, Pete, broke as he was, started to get macro-missionrunners working for him around the Schmaeel part of khanid lowsec. Of coarse, to fund his war (he had to fund the mercs, because sl6 was a too big of a failure to do it themselves). So, for the record, even though Pete tries to look like a big hero/fighter, he was and will be the biggest failure around in khanid lowsec. And he knows this himself. The only question remains: Why do you have those macro's working for you pete? I bet your buying isk on top of that, because...when you left the game, you where broke, when you came back, you had enough isk to pay for a few merccorps...

Well I congratulate you. You ganked a POS repping carrier, admittedly, one that didn't have a tank. But it was never meant for combat, it was meant to repair POS's. I don't do mornings, and there are times when that triage module looks a lot like a remote repper, at least to a bleary eyed pilot who's still on his first can of amp. If for you, or your culture it is accept to show respect after asking for a favor and agreeing by throwing insults, smacking in the local, and it is the way to keep the agreement right and keep peace in a land where attacks are normal, then I must say, your culture seems to be quite different. I think we agree on one thing. We both pay the subs to enjoy the game, and if this war turned into a slaughter, and while your loses can be fixed, the fact that some of your members had no fun, since the constant threats in space forced them to dock and log out, that is bad. If ending a war is good only if you can show something good for your warriors who would seek revenge, we should consider that. But you should consider one thing: You haven't defeated any of the other involved corps. What their warrior can gain for their efforts if they stop attacking you? To keep the peace (and to keep this community in OMEGA) there has to be an answer to that. You lost too much and can't give too much. But one thing you could give. One thing that exists between good pilots even when they are at war: Respect. This makes the deal work. Sadly your grasp our cultures seems to be limited. For us, throwing insults at others in such scenarios, boasting about a victory you haven't won isn't part of the respect. I hope that instead of exchanging insults and threats, smacking, etc. you can negotiate with the people involved, and start to build up some mutual respect. It worked for many opponents, and if you can be respectful, and intelligent, I am sure, it will work for you too. You asked for suggestions and advice, now you have mine. While I side with my friends who received insults, I also understand some of your corp members who was on wrong end of this war, and I would hope, that you as a leader know when to admit fault, when to make a sacrifice, when to let (deserved) insults go, and make the situation better for everyone involved. And stoping the war shouldn't stop fun (and perhaps organized) way of PVPing for fun, and it can help your pilots. I hope such cooperation can make you stronger, can make everyone stronger.
