Ok im kinda sad it has come to this, but I guess it was inevitable. This is not the game i paid for a year ago, I feel the magic is gone, High lvl content is missing, and server instabillity is shit. And my account runs out, just now. So i gave my corp some ships. Blew up a few others, and splitted all the cash with my friends Very Happy
I've Had a great time in eve, And i'd like to Say Good bye to everyone. I'll be staying in wow and EQ2 beta for now
So Goodbye, I wish this Community good Luck

Thank you. Yes, I just copied it to show that the game continues along the track the Devs wish, and this has always happened and always will continue to happen.

It's a bit of consumer thinking from the 90's that despite never having worked in MMORPG's is still perpetuated: Nothing makes a company fold over to your demands faster than threathening to stop buying from them.
I made a post a while back about how it might SEEM that way because nerfs tend to undo trends that are in turn formed because people complain about the imbalances that the trends exploit, but with the exception of genuine boo boo's that probably would have been undone anyway i have yet to see a company change the game purely based on players threathening to cancel their subscriptions if a change wasn't made. I suppose the people that still do it are either incredibly naive, incredibly frustrated at their inability to express their feedback in a more effective way, or trolls just out for lulz.

It is funny that the same old whines are being spewed today as they were 4 years ago. I am glad I stopped reading the GD forum when I 1st started on these forums. It really made me feel like this game was not the right choice. Now I know that this game is great and that things are ment to change and there is so much I have not even experianced in this game so far.
Also, as stated above thank you for this nice bit of perspective. It is like freezer cold Visine to my Dry red eyes.

I think this post is nicely separating people who can read and think, from those who just read the title then jump on the bandwagon, such as Rubra above. 
I guess the mod just saw a leaving post and moved it. Better class of person in here anyway!

Oh, I do comprehend. I just find it hackneyed and forced, plus it seems that every week there is a quit thread by a drama queen. The fact that you're attempting to spoof this blight doesn't make me throw my hands up and say "yay!" In fact, it would have been much better if you hadn't posted anything at all - you would have communicated your message much more efficiently.
