I challenge you to go and listen to ****d people in a clinic and tell them how you have experienced the same thing in many ways when your internet space ship was destroyed. Make sure to tell us later how it went down with them.
Only way I can see you could even say something so rediculous is, if you ignore all propable consequenses when deciding what action is right or wrong. All I can do in this game is to hurt someones feelings and even that is limited to taking away his little toys. If the other player truly wants to keep his toys safe, he can do it. He can even choose to not play and shield himself totally from the other players. If you seriously think that more severe consequenses don't really effect the seriousness of the action, you need to stop playing immediately and put more time in to thinking what makes certain actions right or wrong. |

Before and after the new patch all I've been reading is Pirates and other thugs moaning, whining, and ranting that they are being denied their right to violate and **** people, and how this is unfair, and EVE has some how gone soft. I think this is a load of rubbish, and many of you seriously need to go get therapy. You have to ask yourself at some point in the game "Why do like to violate other people?"
I can almost bet none of you even know that you are doing anything wrong which in my book makes you scary, and deranged.

If you get this worked up over your internet spaceship i dont think its healthy for you to continue playing.

Ambulation won't bring any type of face to face combat. Cause of that spoon effect, that has been mentioned alot.
As to risks in high sec, two easy changes would solve lotsa problems imho:
- players in npc corps cannot fly a freighter
- concord kills don't get any insurance payouts

I agree though highsec should never be completely safe. EVER. I am big on suicide ganks. I love them for the many possibilities they provide to change an others outcome. I love war decs for the possibilities they provide. I love EVE for being a cruel world where only the twisted and power hungry profit. I love EVE for providing me a place where I can do the things I wish for in reality.
Killing those you don't like...check
Bringing war to those that give competition to your business....check
Flying spaceships.....check
Free reign over multiple markets at once......check
Upcoming changes..
Walking around in stations.......almost check
Flying into a foreign planet.......almost check
Gambling isk away........almost check.
EVE is only getting better. I will take the bad as long as the good is .....well good. I mean seriously though, who doesn't like being the captain of a well armed battleship in space?

To can play ingame psycho(analist) you know: You are the guy that doeant care or want to evacuate before ,and after the flod/earthquake does NOTHING to help himself or others but instead he choses to moan and ***** about how the govt and the world are responsible and MUST fix everything for him , then procede to blame it all on someone else ...or worse goes to church KNOWING that praying is enough and he won`t have to do anything at all to recover

But you must remove Concorde so that those naughty -5.0 buys and girls can come to high sec too. Also remove high and low sec and make every system 0.0
Every man for him self! In one month whole eve-universe is blown to rubble and then we are all happy in our space version of Mad Max where strong survives until he gets eaten, after gangrape!
I like to think eve-universe as a big metropolitan city there highsec is the downtown where all the expensive butiques and banks and business are. Cops and security guards on every corner making sure that some lowlife s****doesn't do naughty things there.
The lower the sec status goes, the further we go from downtown and less and less cops and security guards are seen. 0.0 is complete wasteland, ghetto, slum where gangs roam, cops don't dare to enter and territory something to fight for!
Eve is fine. If you start shooting some one in downtown boulevard cops will come and punish you! If you start shooting some one in hight sec, Concorde comes and punish you!
And yes. Remove insurance payout from concorde kills!
Pirates have chosen their path and should not whine about it because their life is not so easy as non-pirate! I don't hear any real life criminals whining about too high security!
Also that isk "stealing" from afk player in ambulation is stupid idea as there is no hard currency. We surely don't need a fps shooter game in ambulation either.
And I would think that walking in stations is not forced. You dock your ship and can go for a walk or not. Just a new button to play with.

What constitutes AFK?
If someone is logged in and waiting for a skill to complete, they may not be actively playing while they wait but still at the computer doing other things. I have three pc's and monitors side by side one or two may be logged in while I browse the forums on the other. Pick the pocket of either of my supposedly afk characters and you're dead meat. Would make for a good baiting game

sure forcing people to log off if theyr not at the keyboard is so going to make eve better.
For hi-sec the whole problem is that it's a safezone for pirates who dont like the risk they face in low sec where they have to dodge FW blobs and other pirates, in hi-sec they get what they say they dont want, a pvp flag they can turn on and off against specific corps/players. This is the playstyle that have to be nerfed.
