What is the best ship for gas cloud harvesting? I tried to fit the gas cloud harvester on my Hulk and it said I don't have enough turrets. Out of desparation I am using an Osprey right now.

Edit- and you can only fit two harvesters so you only need the skill to 2! Bonus!

If you can fly a Rokh, use the following fittings.
Hi:
- 5 x Gas Cloud Harvesters
- 2 x Tractor Beams
- Salvager
Mid:
- Any shield tanks you want
- T2 Cap Recharger
Lo:
- All T2 Expanded Cargoholds
Drones:
- Your Choice
This will give you 2106 m3 of cargo. More than enough to hold the entire cloud plus any drone loot and salvage. |

Are you talking about the missions that ask you to harvest gas, or low sec exploration LADAR sites? For the 2nd one, I've used this, and its pretty cheap...

1x 10mn AB
1x Survey Scanner
1x ECM Burst II
4x Expanded Cargo II'd
Drones:
5x Hammerhead II's
5x Hornet EC-300
Ninja harvest anywhere you want, and if trouble shows up, you can normally break their lock and gtfo. (only had 1 person ever bother to probe me out and then attack me)
