ISK ratios for skillpoints seem to have changed quite a bit, and it seems minmatar is going downhill with all the fear for the speed changes (anyone else remember triple mwd's on ships >.< nano nerf my ass).
Any pointers on isk ratios, attraction factors and all that are appreciated. I have no clue on how implants affect value these days I have to admit.
I still need to put together a complete list with xml and all that, but further below is a slightly generic list.
Every character has relevant support skills to level 4/5, engineering and navigation groups always at level 5, I hate characters that can fly a hac but cap out cause their main never lets them train support skills - so to speak.
Each has positive sec status, zero assets, empty wallet (I am Dutch), one shuttle and one exotic dancer.
All can deploy large t2 bubbles, use pos guns and launch cyno's.
If it flies a ship with a jump drive it has jump drive calibration 5. Titan pilots have DD 5 and JP4.
The majority has not done any cross training, as in multiple races, instead they've always been focused on maximising relevant skills based on race and ship class.
Where a character is majorly combat focused, the typically have supporting skills like flying an indy (for bubbles and stuff) and other things for self sufficiency, the other way around it is always more strictly specialised (indies can all do pos guns and such however).
I figured since it is Capital Online I'd split it up in roughly two groups, capital pilots and the rest. There's others, but I haven't had the time to complete the inventory unfortunately. As for backgrounds, they've all been in one or the other or a multitude of 0.0 alliance(s) since ages.
No character flies with tech 1 guns btw à the thought alone à
The bulk of characters is um female, shit happens. Only one or two are ugly.

I agree the guide is pretty good, but as a crude rule of thumb I've fond that 190 to 200 isk per skill point is usually a lower bound. For starting an auction you might want to set it a bit lower.
