GL in your new space while I'll walk to hell , wait that was like that time in t-r with *very* litle vanguard help , hence no help... aah well ..
see you in hell...
That's not really fair because whilst we were fighting in t-r, vanguard had more than enough to deal with in the FAT area. And in any case, the actions in t-r should be a case of helping to soak up pressure and take it off vanguard and IAC as much as anything
atleast CVA turned up, may not have bee nwhat we expected but a shitty turn out cant be helped it happens...meh
now SYLPH had as 60 man+ fleet ready to come and assit a hour before the planned op and didnt come incase they ****ed of -A-, cause you know its only a matter of time before there gonna be nocking on sylphs door.. and i cant wait to see what they do...
and im sorry if we expected more from our "allies", you know we thaught the effort we were throwing into the ops that assistanc ewas requested was enough to call the favour back, we were obviously wrong... 19 jumps is ooh so far... -----------------------------------------------

If it helps, sylph decided to use their fleet and caps to run an 'op' vs a couple badly defended u'k towers in low sec. They successfully put them into reinforced only to forget to come back the next day.
I'm sure that strategically it was all part of some master plan and much gain was made somewhere along the line by this masterful stroke... no.... really...

Forgive me if I am wrong as I only browse the forums occasionaly, but didnt the whole "sylph not coming to help vanguard" thing happen because of a fail in communications from a FC who forgot to inform the other guys that there was an op to assist vanguard. If so then it would explain why they had a large fleet up and running but didnt come to assist Vanguard. If the duty FC's didnt know about the Vanguard op then they would deal with other things correct? Like the Ushakahn POS's.

was a lie, a few of there guys convo'd us and said they had prepped a fleet a hour earlier but the "powers that be" had an argument on vent about wether to come or not.. -----------------------------------------------

Oh hey guys, when you were positive with us I thought you were pretty cool, then you changed standings and now I hate you.
Oh wow, a Omeega reply. In some ways I feel honored.
My views do not reflect my alliance or my corporation. I've never liked the Goons before and now that they are red I'll get to shoot at them. I think I hated them since they blew up my first Hurricane. I never forget.
And wow this thread turned into a Prov/Sylph drama fest. I too will be interested to see how Sylph reacts now that they will be right next door to -A-.

Dark, I know you a little bit and I'm sure you're disappointed but you can't fairly compare numbers turning up in T-R to those 19 jumps or so into Catch. T-R is 'home' and everyone knew most nights it was being targetted and hence to show up unlike if there is 1 day or relatively short notice to muster.
If you feel insulted by those that turned up then you've got gratitude issues mate. I'll not be helping you and yours again.
Good luck in Venal.
You've entirely missed the point that Dark has made. It has nothing to do w/ the token assistance you gave to us in the initial clearing of FAT. More to do w/ the fact that when you gave us your word and we planned accordingly, you utterly failed to live up to the commitment that was verbalized. We knew -a- were coming well in advance and we let you know accordingly. What really was embarrassing was the next day your FC sent us a mail in short saying he/she "forgot" to let the alliance know that there was a op planned, when in fact we knew from your own members that you had formed a fleet and just couldn't muster the fortitude to" pull the trigger" so to speak. Vanguard never half-assed the battlefield when called upon to assist, and the leadership of Vanguard never had to apologize for not showing up for an op.
Calling Bull****!
Have fun in Venal. However short it lasts you.

Rofl. When I was in Vanguard, IAC didn't do jack in their space. Hostile fleets roamed through daily, and FURY was usually on the front lines defending you guys. Amusingly, FURY leaves the area and IAC is falling apart. Entertainment at it's finest.
Out of most "Powers" and I use that word lightly regarding IAC, your alliance is one of the most useless. You are only holding the tiny corner of Catch you have remaining, because, -A- finds it more enjoyable to stroll through it frequently than to actually take it.
Taking 30+ minutes to get a fleet together to defend vs five hostiles is pretty sad, you spend half your days camped into your home systems by roaming fleets from anywhere, and if you didn't have all these poor alliances defending you, what's left of Hydra would prob come smoke you and take your space.
Enjoy your corner of Catch while it lasts, I am willing to bet Fury outlives you holding onto JZV...

Sylph are backstabbing traitors and will do anything to protect themselves, no dobut they've groveled to -A- to let them live and i guess we'll see how that pans out for them . As for CVA, they love to "play down" their capabilities, but when they achieve something can chest beat like no other.
Either way IAC and the Providence Pets are all brass on the titanic.

Coming from a bitter alliance that had their ass presented to them a long time ago by said "pets" and have since been nothing more than a roaming gang which has stooped as low to become a UNL renter pet. Thank you, come again.

Wouldn't let him get to you. Most of us get the idea that the best response to a hostile roaming fleet is to simply deny them kills. When the battles mattered, like the -A- attempt to drop a POS in ZXIC a month or so ago, y'all responded properly and we were at your back like rabid dogs.
Given the forces being brought to bear on JZV now, I doubt we'd make much more than a greasy smear on the wheels of the freight train that -A- has become. What's happening now isn't an IAC failure, its just a testament to the kind of overwhelming force it took to uproot you guys. In the event of an emergency, my ego may be used as a floatation device.

Thats some good intel you got there, how much did you pay for that diamond? We did loose our outpost a long time ago, and we are still standing. Its more than i can expect of your pathetic Pos monkey alliance. I dont think i've ever seen you in a gang by yourselves, you need to be lead around by IAC. Since IAC are fail cascade now i guess you'll find some new masters to follow about ( maybe sylph again ).

Excellent point here Jim btw. Now that IAC is falling apart, pretty much lost their space and splitting up, would you like to add some other gems of knowledge?

Having experienced this first hand it's true I went to -FAT- hoping to fight alongside Vanguard in glory instead I spent more time listening to waffle on vent and sitting around waiting for a sufficient blob to form up against a handful of reds. This is not how you should spend your time playing the game as a glorified chat rooms, it's a shame because your alliance has some really great members and some decent enough PvPers but only a minority in my view.

Far from done here I can tell ya . Where now ABC ? , you left sylph to sit in sendaya for 3 weeks hugging the station waiting on recruits for your mighty alliance to TAKE sov ! , failed then went running to IAC who had a spot for you in Catch because BOTS were a failing alliance . You advertise yourself as elite pvpers , yet you only gain sov by kissing up to IAC and never once in the whole month or so have I seen you challenge me without a fleet behind you (or a pos for that matter). So cmon ABC , where now ?, back to sylph or will it be severance with your tail between your legs You called me a forum noob in local other week , that my friend is a compliment , I thankyou . IAC I,ve never liked , but there biggest mistake was hoping for help from there seemingly allies in the southern coalition , Vanguard ?.Well I respected them for the diligent fight they put up , but relying on sylph ?. Bad move , A carebear in U'K put up 2 moon mining pos,s in low sec and werent defended . Guess where your 60 man sylph fleet went Vanguard
