well npc loot dropings imho should be free from the criminal flagging after say 30 minutes, personal jetesoned cans for the life of the can.
it seems all large turrets fail to hit period from about 12km out and even with lvl 4 large turret at optimal range with a tracking computer on i do less damage at my 69 km optimal then i do at 35k so imho someing seems a bit un balanced.. hehe but can you put the bountys back for the first time npc hunting was worth while and fun now its worse then minning and minning bites.

Despite the fact that I hate bugs, I actually logged in yesterday 
Ok, the results :
* The news page wouldn't load * Escrow failure - the item didn't appear in the recipients hangar * Alt+F5 still fails * I was recommended to use medium guns on my battleship, as the large ones don't hit anything
After that, I got a message about the server closing down in 20 minutes, and I decided to go to sleep instead.
[rant] I'll revert to keep playing URU : Ages Beyond Myst (that I bought the day you applied the patch) for a few more days until the patch is stabilized. At least I don't have a problem with skills, started a fresh lvl 5 skill a while ago. Only 7 days left, but if the patch isn't fixed until then I should at least be able to log on and change it before it's finished.
How do you expect the patch to be tested enough when it's impossible to log on to the test servers, and when asked what happened to Entropy there is no answer? (Link to page with the question) You have what it takes to be able to test the patch, but you don't use it properly. A 5 user limit on the test servers before releasing a patch is not very useful - without ppl testing stuff, no bugs will be found and no bugs will be reported, making a very unstable patch. [/rant]

The "shoot non secure cans" concord gank is lame. Very hard to control your missiles already to not hit other ships and now on top of that we have this...

CCP you seriously need some kind of quality control on your patches, seriously you do.
Half of m0o corp is now sitting in straightjackets in the local lunatic asylum after having to watch the constant flashing box on the ship when criminaly flagged, seriously try watching it for a few hours with 10+ ships flashing away like that. This has got to go. Not criminal flagging the flashing box. The criminal flagging is not a problem for us. We operate as normal.

I had a few gunnery skill in my hangar change to some tyope of research skills, 5 of them actually.
and no I am not bothering with doing a bug report. You guys dont do anything with test results and bug reports anyway. _______________________________________________

I was standing still and the Mortifier was moving towards me. He started at almost exactly my optimal (with the Tracking CPU II running) but swiftly moved down to under 40km where, strangely enough, I started hitting more and harder (probably due to kinetic performing more nicely against its armour).
The hits are bad (around 50% less than what they usually are) but there are an awful lot of misses which makes it worse.
I have Gallente BS 4, Trajectory Analysis 4, Motion Prediction 5, and I was equipped with a Tracking CPU II.
