It's known that the greatest reward a soldier of the State can get is the privilege to serve it well. To conquest, to kill, to die, to wear with pride the State black uniform and the recognitions stamped on them, attesting the countless hours of work and dedication done on its name.
This, is all true and no other reward can have more meaning to us.
However, some tasks are more trying than others. At a war, every soldier, every single piece of the war machine must be operating in perfect motion so the the war as a whole brings the results as it should. The engineer behind the repair systems of a shield is needed as much as the mechanic who operates it once the Commander issues activation order. The Station workers loading the missile bays at the war ships are needed as much as the weapon enginner who calculates optimal detonator kind, flight time, damage and range before a commader can make his chose against an enemy.
All, every single one of these invisibles heroes of war make the war a sucess or a failure.
On another level we have the soldiers of the State, sent primarly to engage the enemy capsuller fleets. Those soldiers bears no ranks on their uniforms although they wait for countless hours in fleet formation, they hunt the enemy, they expell it from our territory and promote offensive fleets to invade the enemy as much. Lately, the patience and perseverance of these brave soldiers have been put into test by the almost lack of enemy fleets present and the very few opportunities of engagement. But the soldiers of the State continues vigilant. Although the State Protectorate doesn't issue promotion for soldiers who fights this war against enemy capsuleers, it doesn't mean in any way or fashion that they aren't a very importance piece of the machine of war.
And at last we have the high level officers, recognized by the State with promotions and ranks. Those officers are few, designated by the State with an specific task to invade enemy system, recon, infiltrate and capture enemy strategic military sites. This task has been said to be one of the most trying to capsuleers due to the high amount of time dedicated and the exposure not only to enemy capsuleer fleets who can easily find you inside their military instalations but also the enemy Navy who is promptly ready to engage these officers and defend their bunkers from capture.
Officers dedicated to this main objective of wars are used to live daily with several loses of ships and their crews. The amount of time these officers spends at space in enemy territory far surpasses the amount of time that a soldier spends roaming twice a day with a fleet where the statistics of losing a ship on an engagement is highly reduced.
It's in recognition to these officers, who takes the State at heart above their personal gains and fame, that I dedicate this special reward today.
Starting today and valid for the coming 7 days:
The first 5 officers who today holds a rank of Wing Commader or bellow and will capture enough sites to reach the maximum recognition of the State as a Brigadier General within the coming 7 days will be rewarded with a Caracal Navy Issue each. Make sure to post here a digital holorell image of your profile stating the rank you posses today or send me this information by private eve mail. Candidates who won't provide this requirement won't be eligible.
Every Fleet Commander who will lead a fleet to support these operations that results into a capture an enemy territory within the coming seven days will be rewarded with a Raven Navy Issue.
Those rewards are simply symbolic in meaning and in no way compared with the the greatest reward that we already have gained: The honour of fighting for the State.

This is truly inspiring SOF and though rewards are not needed for a Caldari Officer to fight for the glory of Tibus Heth and the State, this can only strengthen our efforts. Thank you for your continued support.

When your spreading propaganda, it is generally not wise to admit to any positive traits in your enemy. And bravery is a very positive trait.
As for SofCode, it appears your desperate. If the State was doing so well why do you need to whip your fellow protectorate members on by promising them payment for the hard work they do already?
It seems to me your comrades are not actively capturing enough sites for your liking, so you promise higher reward for their troubles. O well, it is a smart move, if a highly expensive one. I do wonder where your seemingly limitless funding comes from, but it matters little. Most members of your militia lacks the knowledge to properly fit a Navy issue caracal or raven anyway.

Your way of thinking is very small and limited gallente. There is nothing wrong on admiting positive traits on an enemy when they are deserving of it.

This was already very well presented by Officer Voctoria:

Correct. If they were capturing enough sites to my liking, we would have won this war weeks ago. I hope that the rewards will serve to strengthen their efforts as already stated. Now that we have plenty of time in our hands as the gallente have almost given up to fight, it's the time and place for it.

If I had any feelings, I'd feel almost sad about you now. You seem to be the last person in the universe that still don't have this information.

Why? Is there profit for you (Veto) in doing so? Or do you have some "noble" cause you are serving?

Neither have I claimed that there is anything wrong with admitting positive traits in one's enemies, indeed I did so above even...
Originally by: BloodBird Oh well, it is a smart move, if a highly expensive one.
READ what I say before you make silly attempts to insult my intelligence or my though patterns, and for once in your life, get my bloodline correct, will you? It could help give you a bit more credibility.
I believe I was saying that admitting to the positive remarks of one's enemies is not smart WHEN ONE SEEKS TO SPREAD PROPAGANDA, like the deluded one did above.

Idiotic phrase, to be honest. Seems the fool Ehr is grasping for straws here, or perhaps she could not think of anything more interesting at the time.

Yes of course they have, and you are not walking in claiming systems left right and center because you are simply lazy.
Indeed, you offering these ships to people so they help you clean up the remains from the war faster, am I right?
No you did not. Your offering these ships as reward so that the Protectorate might fight harder and more determined, now that they are motivated by greed as well as whatever false sense of superiority you have lulled them into, I have little respect for either. Now the ones fighting out of patriotism, is another deal entirely.
Your programing needs tuning, silly robot.

Let's see: Promise great reward, have pilots push themselves to the limit to gain that. Makes for easy targets. That's profit right there, sir.

Explosions are pretty, and salvage cuts a profit... that's pretty much it.
It's also one less ship protecting the chokehold that a racist bigot has on the Caldari people.
