Hi guys, first of all, here's my hardware config: CPU: Intel Core2 Duo CPU @2.66GHz MoBo: N650SLI-DS4L RAM: 2 GB Corsair GPU: GeForce 8800 GT 512Mb Driver: I tried every driver, no changes HD: Raptor 80Gb
The problems is: EVE is not running smoothly, even if I deactivate HDR and AA. As soon as I enter, let's say, a mission area with 10-15 ships, everything becomes slow and I begin to experience a lot of swapping. I can enable HDR at max and AA and in a station and everything is perfect, I have perfect fluidity and the details is really good. I tried RivaTuner and nHancer, I tried to set "High performance" as template, nothing happens.
I tried to downgrade the drivers and I tried the up-to-date ones, no changes.
Any suggestion please?

Have you tried with the sound turned off?
With drivers, have you checked ALL drivers? I mean sound, chipset and anything else?

Yes, I also tried with sound off and yes, I updated chipset, audio and graphic drivers... do I need to update anything else?

First, try to set all your driver and mainboard settings to standard.
Second, check your performance with 3dmark and other benchmark tests.
Third, get the latest official drivers (skip beta drivers for now)
Disable premium gfx.
Switch to window mode and check whats running on your system with the task-manager (ctrl+alt+delete)
Your computer should be faster than mine (P4-3.4, 2GB, 7900GT) and mine is running 2 clients at 40-80 fps at 1920x1200 and 1280x1024. So I assume that you screwed some driver settings.

Also, in the graphics options, try setting the cache level to "Low" or "Off".

Some upper end graphics cards will have issues if you do not have certain features turned on. Try turning the settings up a great deal more. Then click each of the options that have the "disable for testing" text in them one at a time, restarting the client each time. It sounds odd but it worked for me. Also play with your sound settings in-game and in your computer.
