If a Stabber doesn't go fast is it still a stabber?

I submit that artillery Stabbers, armor tanking EWar Drakes, and lolfest Blackbirds are still Stabbers, Drakes, and Blackbirds in the sense that a person with [insert potentially offensive medical reference here] is a still a person.
