Yeah, and the CSM pitched a fit, with The Mittani being one of the main ones doing so, that they weren't even informed of it coming. The CSM doesn't really have any power at all. All they do is say, "Yeah, players want that," or, "No, the players are going to pitch a fit over that." They can only do so when consulted. Apparently with regard to monocles, they weren't.

I saw the presentation and though I thought it was mean, it was mean in a righteous manner. The emails and posts he was mocking deserved mockery. The problem I had was the statement after the fact, which was not part of the presentation, was not planned...it was not "premeditated". Still, I really have to take offense at people throwing the presentation in his face as some sort of horrible thing. Have we all been castrated or something (or whatever might be the female equiv)?

Really a pair, a person of integrity would have left the game to pursue other things say community service. bah what do we know its like giving kids a medal for participating in a contest even if they came in dead last. If you broke terms of service then why dont you get banned and instead get a slap on the wrist. I am pretty sure that a nobody saying the same thing would get a harsh result coming their way. Also hiding behind the alchohol is not an excuse, if you cant hold it might as well not drink up. Everyone's presentations were good until he showed up pure drivel.
